Even tho we had to wait a long time for food ( almost an hour and a half) the food was absolutely delicious. I had the skirt steak with the smoked rice and it was really good.

Now the Bad part was the Bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING when we arrived there at 7pm 🤮 and After waiting almost ONE HOUR and 30 MINS we had to use the bathroom again before we go and one of the Bar Keepers told us not to use the bathroom because they were already cleaned (BEFORE CLOSING TIME)

So Technically we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom after all that time waiting for food ?????? , also there were still around 8-10 people in the restaurant so there was no reason for anyone not to use the bathroom.

This was also a Monday so there was not enough people in the restaurant to be busy and still had to wait a long time.

I don’t think it’s nice to not let an elderly person use the bathroom after being cleaned AND DISRESPECTFULLY confront them about it when we’ve been clients there for more than 2 hours.

Our server tho was great 👍🏼! She even used a bit of...

We arrived around 7:30pm on a Monday night as a 5-top, and were greeted by a very friendly server who took our order promptly and was great the whole time. Waters and beer were delivered quickly. But then it took almost almost an hour and a half later for the first 2 plates to arrive. The last plate was delivered to our table about 20 minutes after the first one, and the restaurant was technically closed at this point. The food was okay, though the brisket did come off as fatty in more than a couple bites. The skirt steak was good. Atmosphere seemed good, with the ocean waves crashing in the background. I'd give a higher service rating, but we were yelled at by another employee for using the bathrooms as we left because they had cleaned them prior to service ending. Any other restaurant I know would have been understanding that we were served late, but here you...

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, tourist or local. the food was worse than horrible, messed up our order twice, took a long time to come out with the food. ordered two chicken nachos, remade one of them the first time because I asked for no sour cream, then it came out again and this time they gave me pork instead of chicken. figured to just eat it cause I dont mind pork, but trust me when I say it was uneatable. ive never heard of barbecue sauce on top of nachos but to each their own I guess.

the other chicken nacho plate that actually had chicken on it was disgusting to say the least. the chicken was so dry, and again with the barbecue sauce just randomly drizzled onto the platter. I say the best part of this experience was the fountain soda I got.

its unfortunate that the place itself is very nice and in a nice area, next...

Dog friendly! ❤️ The place has an amazing view of the beach as you done either outside with the ocean breeze or inside with the A/C. The exterior is not kept very clean and the bathroom was not as well kept as possible. We ate on the porch on a picnic table. The appetizer, boa with brisket was amazing. My husband had the brisket with fries with garlic sauce and green salad. The salad i do not recommend. I had mahi mahi i would not recommend. Stick to the meats. Plates were chipped, but still usable. I had passion fruit juice, parcha, amazing. The service, waitress amazing best service in a long time. Knocked it done. Few stars for cleanliness and my main dish plate was not good. Also had a parcha/mango cheesecake cake, nothing amazing.

Bottom line: hidden gem. 100%. Pero not so hidden cause it was packed on a Monday. Gluten line: the chef came out!!! If you've read a recent other review of mine in Puerto Rico, you'd know even a $$$$ place apparently doesn't do this which is disappointing. Long line: the place is still recovering from Hurricane Maria but there's plenty of open room. They have a few drafts and even other craft beers in bottles. The chef came out and discussed what he could to make sure wifey could enjoy a mofongo. There was even a live musician! The food was delicious, my ribs were almost fall off the bone (off the bone = bad by the way), and the mofongo was well seasoned and not oily. I will 100% return and definitely return.

Here’s a polished review based on your feedback: Highly Recommended! What a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and felt right at home. The atmosphere was inviting, with an oceanfront view that was absolutely breathtaking – worth every bit of the short drive from Juan. The cocktails and food were exquisite, a true delight for the senses! A special shout-out to Sandria, our server, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and even offered to take photos of us with the stunning ocean backdrop. Such a personal touch made our day even more special. This place is a gem – can’t wait to come back!
