I went with a party of 9. The greeter has no hospitality all negative vibes. She grab the menus and kept walking. Still gave this place a chance. Waiter was super friendly and attentive to us. The food was delicious for most part due to that the two of the plate we were serve on were super sticky I quickly notified the waitress she notified her upper management and when she returned she indicated that management said that they were wash this morning no courtesy of management to come to the table and apologize until I went to pay and cashier ask how was service and I let her know about the sticky plates we were serve on management/owner over heard me and said that he did get the complaint from his waitress. But his excuse was that they had use those plates to cut green plantains. Read morePlaya Brava was perfect ! My only regret was not finding this place sooner. We stumbled upon it on our last night and it was really the authentic Puerto Rican experience we had been looking for. You can see the ocean from any seat in the house, and the beach is beautiful ! For appetizers we started with empanadillas. They were amazing, but the true experience came when I ordered the lobster. They offer Lobster 4 different styles. I just got mine buttered. I told the manager Andres, I loved seafood and he had the chef sprinkle my lobster with shrimp squid and conch. A beautiful touch. Our waitress Adriana, was very sweet. She spoke perfect english too ! The restaurant is family owned and really captures the authentic puerto rican style dinner. Thank you Andres and Adrianna ! Your restaurant is beautiful and the service...

The food was great, but the service was awful. We sit and they forgot about our table. After a while they serve a “ caldo de pescado” with a dessert spoon, we ask a waitress for a soup spoon but they never brought the spoons. Our waitress was not cordial during the service. Finally, after a long wait, we got our meals and the waitress never pass to our table to ask if everything was fine or if we need anything. We asked for a coke that never came and we ask for to another waitress.
During the waiting, I was able to see that the same happened in other tables. It’s so sad thing like this happens.
They don’t have any sense of...
