Simple is extra special. It’s family owned and with a really hip touch in side. When I walked in I felt like I was somewhere else (France or Italy). The ambient was very calmed/relaxing. The staff are super friendly and attentive. We tried a couple plates to see their depth and try different flavors and boy this is another reason to always stop here. Each one of the plates had a good presentation but delicious 😋🥰 with generous portions. Love the local coffee ☕️ and their cappuccino (you got to have it). Coffee have the option of almond milk, oat milk and so on. Ice coffee was really taste. We were looking for breakfast in the area and saw Simple had fantastic reviews, and had to come on here to reaffirm those reviews! We were able to park right in front, and were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. The ambiance is warm and chic, with lots of plants and homey atmosphere. The iced coffees were flavorful, the omelette was filled with veggies and the waffles were fluffy - everything was delicious and so satisfying, we didn't need to eat again until dinner!
