Fox's Pizza Den - Argo — Restaurant in Argo

This place has good pizza but terrible employees. I’m not sure if they hold their employees to a high standard but I called and asked how the barbecue was and the girl replied with “I’ve never had it”.. So I tell her to just give me a medium. They show up to my house with a Buffalo pizza. I call to correct it and stumbled on my words and confused Buffalo with barbecue the manager says “well the first words out of your mouth was Buffalo”... I made a simple mistake why are you integrating me about calling to correct my order so I assumed this is a reaccuring thing with them because it’s happened twice to me now. I love the pizza but I don’t really care for poor customer service because if your a manager and you can’t be civil to a customer complaint then I’m sure your employees don’t wash their hands or clean dishes or anything normal because arguing with a customer about what they ordered when you didn’t take the order is not normal. Ordered food at 6:10 pm. Said food would be delivered at 7:15 or ASAP. Called at 7:35 inquiring about my order. After being on hold for over 7 minutes, girl came back to phone and asked for my address to check on order. She returned to tell me "he was working on it now and it would be another 35 to 40 minutes". They had not even started on my order!!!!!!!!! What's the point in giving time options? I told her the times available on the app to order. She then replied to me "there is a disclaimer on the website that orders could take longer." Tried to find said disclaimer. Delivery takes extremely too long. Delivery driver in a Silver Jeep truck is always rude af. Never speaks but always looks for a tip! As much as those small ass pizzas cost you would think that the delivery driver wouldnt pull up with a salty ass attitude. I mean come on theres already a $2.00 tip included in delivery. If anybody has an attitude it is I, that places an order at 5:45pm but never getting the pizza until 7:40pm. Food is always thrown together. Really wish this place wasnt the only pizza spot here in Argo. Im from California where rudeness is not accepted. The guy in the white truck that they had delivering was pretty cool, he definitely got tipped. The order takers are sweet & kind but that rude ass delivery driver is a wreck yo. I mean seriously....
