My experience was eventful. I'm sitting at the drive-thru order speaker, and I've been given more than enough time (5+ min) to decide exactly what I'm going to order. When the drive-thru attendant finally gets the time to ask what I would like without hesitation, I belt it out. Then, as I'm finishing up, an old lady in her 70s decides to pull up so close to my car that I can't go forward. She rolls her window down, and I see her look at the menu. I tell myself ok she's old. I keep my composure. Then, once she apparently had decided what she would like, she pulled ahead of me in the line and, once at the window, told the drive-thru attendant I was blocking the drive-thru. So, the attendant is staring at me out the window like I committed a crime. They take her order and let her know she can pull up so they can get her order ready. She drives all the way around the restraunt and then comes back to the window, waving at the attendant to open her window to ask if her food is ready. All this while I'm pleading my defense case to the attendant. The attendant tells her to pull up, and they will bring it to her when its ready. She proceeds to pull in front of me again. We are all waiting on those hot fries. I'm telling the story of what really happened and feeling like I'm still responsible for the crime I unknowingly committed blocking the menu. Then the lady jumped out of her car. I tell the attendant, "She's coming in." Inside, I heard her telling the manager she thought the car was gone that was blocking the drive thru. She asks if her food is ready. She replies, "Ma'am we are all waiting on fries! We will bring it out to you once your order is ready. " After all this crazy I felt like I had won being first to get my food and drive away seeing her in my rearview, still waiting. I guess patience does pay. They are short staffed at this location. Let's all be civil and be sure to stay in line. No one's time is more important than...
Read moreFirst off this is literally one of the worst jacks in the area, everything is awful, the service is always rude and terrible like i get it its fast food, but i used to work at mcdonalds a few months ago and its not hard at all to be a little nice even if ur having a bad day. The only time it was good was in the morning from a older lady. Next is the food its almost always old and nasty, either I barely get any food like the 1oz of mash potatos just slapped in the box or the chicken cut in half and or old and rubbery or raw, like you can't serve 10 year old chicken or fries like if you wouldn't eat don't serve it to the customers. Also the restuarant is just filthy, the kitchen, the restrooms are vile. Like I think it needs a remodeling and management plan if yk what I mean. Im not blaming some of it on the employs lIke somethings are out of there control like how tore up the restuarant is that's probably more higher up but what the is the employees fault and management is how crew and managers treat the customers and food, and also all they can do to keep the restraunt looking the best is clean. Also JACKS OR UR AI DONT RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW TELLING ME TO GO TO A WEBSITE. TELL ME SOMETHING LEGIT SOMETHING FROM A REAL PERSON AND A REAL RESPONSE NOT A GENERIC ONE. I KNOW UR PROLLY GONNA SAY WELL WORK ON IT BECAUSE I SURE HOPE YOU ARE, YOU SAY THAT TO EVERY REVIEW AND NOTHING GETS BETTER, ITS BEEN GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. GIVE ME A REAL PERSON. a couple years ago it wasn't bad but ig management. đĽ°

Read moreRegrettably, this will not be a positive review. Thursday, January 24th, at 7:27 pm, I came thru the drive thru to place an order. The female voice in the drive thru speaker was cutting out and I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat and she also could not understand me very well. When I came to the drive thru window to pay for my order, I pointed out to the young man that was there that the young lady with the headset on behind him could not be understood on the speaker. I invited him or her to come to the speaker and witness how difficult it was to carry on a conversation. The young lady turned to face me and in what appeared to be a rude and sarcastic tone loudly repeated what she had told me. I then parked, came inside and told the manager what had happened. I invited her to come with me to witness the problematic speaker. She declined and said she was aware and apologized.....and when I paid for my order and opened it later, no napkins were in the bag.....I fully realize the conditions under which fast food employees work, but there is no excuse for rudeness and poor service. Other companies consistently do a great job. I will not be back to...
