It was horrible mass chaos from the beginning we were at the register and one minute they were out of Milkshakes the next minute know they have them then not then yes also confusion about our order what kind of sauce do we want on our Big Mac when we ask for extra sauce I just got off to a bad start and then got worse. From there I noticed we didn't have cups for our drinks and started feeling there's a lot of other people around me waiting a very long time and so I asked for cups. After I got the cops I realized other people after me we're getting their meal so I asked about it after I waited through several other people getting their food and I asked for the assistant manager she came up and took the information from me and just disappeared never came back still didn't know if my food was ever going to be made now we're looking at a half an hour of waiting for my food dot-dot. So not I'm absolutely frazzled we were had family plans that were going to have to he delayed due to this unfortunate stop at the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. So I asked for the real manager not the assistant by this time I've also complained that the floor was a hideous mess there was no ice so my son couldn't refill his drink our orders were separate separate so he got his first and his his meal was just thrown together with ketchup no pickles it was horrible while I'm waiting for this manager I'm getting reports from my granddaughter works at a very nice restaurant and understands how the fryer is to be clean and the specs on are french fries was because the oil was dirty. She also commented that at her place of work they always wear gloves nobody in the place had gloves on and I'm talking about the whole entire crew of 15-16 year olds running around like crazy and people just standing and waiting. So by the time the manager came up I just said I want my money back she also said very rudely that she should be in the back not up there helping me and that I would not get my food and my money back. Later as I sat with my family I noticed her and the other manager Outback smoking cigarettes when they could be helping these poor young kids who are being expected to do a job that have been poorly trained by management or left to fend for themselves. It was my second time at this McDonald's...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru this morning in August and the drive-thru lady was very rude even at the speaker at the menu was very rude and hateful. We get up to pay her and she was still very rude never heard anything of thank you please come again. So we get up to the second window to pick up our food and the two ladies there that were managers didn't have a clue on what they were doing or whose food goes where and they were also very rude just because the fact they didn't have a clue what was going on and so they were rude and and Ed either one of the windows we never got a thank you at all or have a good day no one polite words come out of anyone's mouth and both of those windows. If you don't like working the morning shift then don't work it don't be rude to the ones that are trying to keep your business going. And we ended up getting a large mocha frappe and a caramel frappe and the mocha tasted like there was no flavor at all and the caramel one had no flavor also and then for the caramel and chocolate drizzle I mean they've barely put anything on them it was just ridiculous. And then we ended up getting a bacon egg and cheese biscuit while the biscuit was hard and the cheese must have been sitting out for ever. And the hash browns were just dry tasting like they said I need the heat light for way too long because they didn't have a taste to him either. I really have to say that is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to I know the owner I know he owns quite a few McDonald's but he needs to get someone in there that can change things around and then McDonalds because that McDonald's is going downhill quick if I knew it was going to be like that I would have just drove the extra miles and went to the McDonald's in Plymouth. Or I even would have went to one of his other McDonald's is that he owns in Knox. Like I said that McDonald's and it needs some help and need some people in there that knows what it's doing and have a good attitude and enjoy their job I'm not saying to be cheerful and all happy-go-lucky at 4 a.m. in the morning but you really don't...
Read moreWent to drive thru at 5:30 am. My husband was driving. He was trying to joke with the worker at the window. She was very rude and shut the window in my husband and had us pull forward before he could ask for a cup of ice for his coffee. We were waiting approximately 10 minutes for 2 caramel mochas 2 sandwiches and a hashbrown. Then a town cop pulls up and asks my husband what was wrong. He asked him if he had been drinking because a McDonald’s employee had called and reported they smelt alcohol. My husband has a TBI and is considered disabled. The officer let us go because there was no trace of alcohol anywhere near us. My husband called up to McDonald’s to apologize and get the name of the employee and explain he has a TBI and didn’t mean to offend anyone. The manager stated we don’t give out names and was very rude and hung up on him. We were advised to follow through with civil action due to harassment of a disabled person. I have grown up in this town and was truly shocked at the response by employees. My husband feels as if he was made fun of. She was very rude and was told she was another manager on duty. I have worked in the fast food setting and I can tell you customers can be rude but my husband was not rude he was trying to get her to smile because she looked mad as we pulled up to window. No chance to ask for a receipt either. Had to talk to an officer over the joke of I thought you were paying for it when given the total at window. When she said nothing back he handed her the card to pay and she gave card back and shut window while asking us to pull forward. Was this worth a call saying they...
