Dave's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Argyle

The food was good. Unfortunately we had a new waitress that popped off to my wife rudely when we asked about our food after an hour wait and watching people that came in after us finish their dinners and leave. All the while I had to get our own refills even. I get being new and I understand that but the bad attitude directed at my wife is something that needs trained out of her quickly. Everyone else there was friendly up to that point. Now comes the bad part... after waiting for our food I asked for it to go so I could get my kids home. I sent my wife out with them and waited there while they finished our order. Some kid in the back with gym shorts on who was eating more than he was preparing while I stood there waiting for our food handed me my food and then popped off at me. This is not acceptable at all. Props to the manager for being professional. Props to the other staff for being professional. The waitress definately needs some training to be successful and that kid needs fired like yesterday. First rude person I've met since moving to this town. And he is lucky his manager was there and dealing professionally. As a vetran of the Army I have dealt with several immature, impulsive, and quite frankly dumb kids. I know how to make this kid grow up but a job in customer service is not...

I’m a regular and tonight was a total disappointment. Ordered and watched at least 5 people get food before us eat and leave and they were seated at least 10 minutes after us. Then watched more people come in and receive their food before us. When I went to ask if our order had been put in got some real attitude. Had to ask twice if our order had been put in and when I asked why people that come in after my order was put in and getting their food first was told by the waitress “well, I don’t know”! Then they brought the food out and the kitchen guy came out and got smart. They served our food without giving us plates and when I mentioned that the kitchen guy said “they didn’t have any clean plates. Then turned to leave and stated “ he was providing me a service”! 10 minutes after that the waitress came and asked if we needed anything else and when asked about the plates brought 6 out. I’m assuming a 96.00 order was not that much to them, but like I said I was a regular customer. Ate there a lot. I won’t be back and won’t recommend Dave’s anymore. It took an hour to...

I have never left a review nor have I ever been so appalled by the terrible service that I had to get up and leave. My boyfriend and I walked into the restaurant and waited to be seated for 5 minutes. There were many open tables and many that were disgusting and had not been cleaned. The place was not busy at all. We had a few different workers walk past us multiple times while we stood there waiting. After 5 minutes, two more people walked in and and then a few minutes later another person walked in. We were then seated and the other 3 had followed behind. Once we were finally seated, we sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our drink order. The waitresses had taken the other two parties' drink orders, brought them out, and had taken their food orders and walked by and looked at us multiple times, but we were never helped. We eventually got up and left after being pretty much neglected...
