Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Arizona

I am writing this review in regards to the Dominos pizza location at 15318 N Oracle Rd #140, Tucson, AZ. It's the one next to Basha's. While generally Dominos has a pretty good standard of customer service, this store is horrible. In my experience this is due to a manager named Cindy who makes the soup Nazi on Seinfeld look nice. She actually threw a pizza I had ordered in the garbage in front of me instead of simply working with me as a customer to resolve my issues. Granted, she was having a bad day because of some problems they were having all day long with their computer order system being on the fritz (from what I could gather anyway), she chose to vent it at her customers and be extremely rude. I was nearly in tears when she was finished with me. I think this is a person who not only doesn't understand customer service, but doesn't care. She hates customers and blames them for her problems. This is a sad, sad store. I left hungery, dissatisfied, and frankly ready to never eat a Dominos again. I hope Cindy is NOT the new norm in customer service at Dominos, but I would think twice about going to a Dominos anywhere again after this. Usually a manager will at least try to work with you if you are polite and reasonable. Rigid authoritarian personalities do not make good managers, and I really question the wisdom of the regional manager who put her in charge of this store. It reflects poorly on the rest of the Dominos around the world. I hope Cindy realizes she needs to be in another line of work before she makes more...

Terrible location. Don’t waste your time or money. I placed an order and it said it would only take 34 min to get here. 2 hours later the delivery didn’t arrive. We tried calling and we were told they took multiple orders out for delivery. While watching the app for where it was…. They drove far away from us when we literally live right around the corner. Clearly they don’t know how to map out delivery’s and they don’t care about the customer. They charge way too much for crap service. I ended up having to cancel my order and didn’t even get the food. This is hands down the absolute WORST dominos I have ever ordered from. They also were short on food as I got a call and said they didn’t have one of the items we ordered. The last time we placed and order here the pizza lacked toppings. Save your time and money and go to Catalina pizza company. They have amazing pizza, great customer service. I haven't eaten there in quite a while. Decided to take a detour from the normal places that we go. Wanted to get the six dollar pizza. First off, if this is a medium, this is a joke. I wanted pepperoni and bacon. I got barely any pepperoni, and the bacon is pretty much non-existent. The guy who took my order also wasn't a rocket scientist. Ask for parmesan cheese, red peppers, you know, in the little packages. Oh, they don't do that anymore. They also have their menu, no longer on the side. It's up behind the counter and you have to look for it. Haven't been there in quite a period of time. Guess what? From now on, I'm going to continue going to Grandma Tony's. I get a much better tasting pizza a better deal.And of course way, bigger, sorry, Dominoes, you've lost...
