Duke's Lounge/Legends Restaraunt — Restaurant in Arizona

This place has really gone downhill the last year. You can tell the staff doesn't want to be there and it really shows in the customer service. Been here twice in the last 2 weeks and my experiences were not good. First time was dine in, drinks took about 20 mins and were wrong. Ordered food only to have someone come in 20+ mins later and tell me they can't make it cuz of supply. So I had to order a salad. Which I asked for the pepper grinder to come out with salad. It did not, and when I asked for the grinder, person disappeared and someone else had to go get it. Took about 15 mins just to get pepper for my salad and my friend had already finished half her meal. It was not a fun experience. Second time was take out. Ordered same salad since I knew it was tasty. Get home only to find I had no dressing for the salad. At all. Mind you, this salad is about $25. Was tired and hungry after work and was extremely disappointed. I really love this place, but they really need to revamp their staff and customer service. Great food and atmosphere, horrible...

It was okay. The calamari was different. It seemed like a calamari steak that was cut into pieces and fried. The sauce and sun dried tomatoes were delicious. The fried cactus was different also. I like okra in any way I've met it and the texture was a little like fried okra. It doesn't really have much flavor. Never had cactus any other way, so nothing to compare it to. The chicken marsala and it's sauce was great. The cheese rice tasted like a riceroni add on. The spinach salad with salmon that we had was ok. The salmon was cooked right, but a little tasteless. It wasn't incredibly creative, just your traditional spinach salad. As I said, it was okay. We were traveling and didn't want Mexican (nearly all nearby) as we had a couple more hours ahead of us, and fast-food was something we hadn't the craving for yet. We are spoiled coming from San Diego with all the fresh fish. It has a great view, and was nice to stop and sit and the service was great. We looked over the menu and might stop again when we pass. Way to ruin a Mothers Day. Planned a nice Mother’s Day brunch for mom and was contacted shortly after requesting the reservation online. The gentleman on the phone proceeded to talk us into the brunch buffet they were planning an hour later than our reservation. Nothing was disclosed in regards to pricing etc. Hindsight we should have been more diligent and confirmed what the pricing was for this. $56.00/ plate plus additional charges for items such as children’s juice is highway robbery. To further add to the excessive gouging they charged a forced gratuity of 18% for service that was abysmal. Our waitress was clearly allocated too many tables and could not keep up with her tables requests. I would strongly recommend that people steer clear of this place until they come down to reality with their pricing.
