Dunkin' — Restaurant in Arizona

4/10/23, 6:30 a.m. I had a drink made wrong. Even after giving the fore warning that I was going to have a big order and ordering slowly enough for anyone to comprehend what I wanted, I got half dozen donuts that were right, I got two breakfast sandwiches which were right, and I got a caramel chocolate cold brew that was right but when I ordered a vanilla frozen coffee apparently I wasn't speaking clearly enough, and I should have known that something was wrong too because this 110 yr old lookin lady started asking me questions about what vanilla flavor I wanted used because one is sweeter than the other and did I want cream with made no sense from past experiences. Then after she made it and put it on the counter and I'm looking at an iced coffee I said that's suppose to be a frozen coffee not iced coffee and she, three times, absolutely denied that I said frozen coffee and infact said iced coffee... so since I don't like being removed from places by police, I took the iced coffee that I was charged for. So if you go to the Dunkin and you see there's a grey haired salad bar shrimp curled lady that's atleast triple your age no matter how old you are, make sure you enunciate, and if anything seems out of the ordinary from how every other place operates that you've been.... I MUST say that this has to be THE WORST service I have EVER gotten...the female that was working was rude, judgemental and definitely needs some training on how to speak to customers definitely more than just a bad day!¡! As for the travel center, the manager definitely has her hands full - 2 other employees were having trouble knowing how do use the register, not knowing procedures and attitude not good also rude- not to mention it took at 15 mins to fix after waiting for about 15 in line ...the manager helped the other 2 employees & my hubby & I with great attitude, which I wouldn't have blamed her for flipping out - you could DEFINITELY tell she has a lot on her plate especially with lack of employees...she clearly look over worked and looked like she could use a day off!!!! Facility not too clean & prices a little high... As for Dunkin... definitely disappointed - my son worked at a Dunkin for a year did every job there is to do there except cashier, therefore I know how it should be runned and maintained... DEFINITELY WASN'T THAT!!!!¡!!!! GIVE THE MANAGER A RAISE AND A DAY OFF !!!!!🤨 HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES AND CLEAN THIS...

Well here I am again and still can't get decent service my 2nd visit and no luck. Apparently the clerk here can't do 2 things at once like talk to a customer and make coffee. Oddly enough she can chit chat with a coworker about not being able to talk and make coffee whaaat. I know right shocker. All I wanted was to see the breakfast options on the monitor that was not on because they obviously didn't think to turn it on. Well that requires doing 2 things at once n well we can't expect that at a coffee shop can we. Yet anywhere else they can do that and more even tell you the menu or just actually talk to a customer with out the snippy attitude.
