As my wife and I were coming to the drive-thru to get breakfast, we were met with a stinky attitude. The second we pulled up the" customer service rep" in the drive-thru was rude, short tempered and ugly to us. Once we got up to the window Not only were we ignored but we were repeatedly cut off by this person each time we tried to answer the questions he was asking. I only hope that management will do something about this poor attitude in this store. It really brings down the quality of service. I've gotten better customer service at a 7-Eleven. And to put the icing on the cake once our food was given to us after being parked for 20 minutes with no one else and drive-thru mind you, there were items missing and we didn't receive our drinks. Absolutely disgraceful.

Today's visit was really good! I have never had a Burger so delicious and customer service so friendly! When I went there I wasn't sure what I wanted to get. The girl on the intercom asked if I wanted to try this triple bonus combo. I was just barely saying no when I thought about it and asked how much it was not even knowing what it was. And it's almost like her voice changed the second I said yes that I wanted that. The burger is so juicy and filling! Yum!! Thanks for asking if I wanted to try this. Almost as good as the chicken strip would had been👍🏻

There portion sizes are no longer a value of this business. They charge almost $10 for a spicy chicken sandwich that is barely bigger than a tablespoon. As you can see in the pictures, the tomatoes are bigger than the chicken patty provided. We ordered 2 of these combos and both are just as small. Jack in the box in no longer any better than McDonald's for the portions they provide to customers compared to their competitors. And the staff are rude when you try to address errors THEY made on the order. Jack in the box you officially lost a customer.

I had an experience so bad, that I had to write a review because I remembered how bad the experience was at this Jack in the Box location. Visited on Saturday, October 1st, at 11PM after my daugher's softball game. We decided to stop here because it was on the way to our house. Well, the bad experience started with the wait. We waited in line on the drive through for a very long. Might have been 30 minutes, but it seemed longer than that. When we finally arrived at the window, the employee did not attend to us right away, had to wait another few minutes. The windows were blocked with paper or cardboard, which I found it to be odd (why try to cover up the window like if you are hiding something?).

Anyway, we finally got our food and drove off. We were tired and hungry so we went all out and got all the munchies we could get (mini tacos, jalapeño poppers, regular tacos, fries and Ultimate Bacon Burgers). we couldnt wait to get home so we started munching during our drive. Well, long story short we had to toss the food away. My Wife almost threw up. The poppers, tacos, mini tacos, the bacon in the burger, the fries, all of it tasted like if it was cooked the day before and reheated in a microwave. It was disgusting! We were halfway home and we were tired so we decided we would deal with it the next day or so. Well we forgot and now I remembered, so here we are.

It seems like Jack in the Box in general has been going downhill for a while now. Poppers and burgers are smaller, but prices are increasing. Quality is definitely going down with Jack in the Box. I would still stop by at some locations that are out of town, but not here in Tucson. So sad because this used to be my favorite go-to for midnight snacking or for a quick meal. Hope this review can save others from having similar bad...

The food was great and as alwise the staff is friendly and courteous. The problem lies with the judgemental bigot management my girlfriend and I stopped in for coffee and we're instaley treated as a couple of leopards and criminals by this woman who instantly assumed we were homeless after PAYING FOR OUR DRINKS we sat down to check emails and talk as it started to rain as we finished the cups going for refills and a snack this person started talking about us being their to long and that we needed to leave and corporate didn't want our kind their at witch time my love asked for Their phone# her name at witch time she informed us that she wasn't going to give us her info store # or the # FOR her superior or corporate for that matter and this small person started getting voisterous telling us to leave and SHE WAS THE BOSS ,at witch time in embarrassment we just left in disbelief grateful nobody was in the restaurant In closing i didn't realize that my financial statuses mattered in a cash transactions or weather I live in a house on the hill or in a cardboard box, driving a Bentley or pushing a shopping cart is any of her business as long as I treat my sroundings and outhers with the RESPECT DUE WE ARE EQUALS I DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO JUDGE YOU AND FOR THAT MATTER ONLY ONE PERSON RESERVES THE RIGHT PASS JUDGEMENT (OUR MAKER) THANK YOU FOR READING MY RANT AND JUDGING SOMEONE BY THE COLOR OF THIER SKIN ,RELIGION SEX OR FINANCIAL STATUS IS BIGOTRY AND IS HATEFUL WRONG AND IN THIS CASE...

Went to this store at 7:34pm ordered an ultimate cheeseburger large combo with curly and a dr.Pepper and and extreme sausage sandwich large combo with curly fries and a diet dr.pepper, we were told to pull up to the front of the store and they would bring our food out. By 8:01pm and 6 other ordered completed we still haven't gotten our food, went into the store, they didn't even have our order made somehow between them taking our money and us parking in front of the store they lost our order, I was told I had to wait another 6mins for them to make our food, waited from 8:01pm to 8:20pm 6 more orders were completed some customers coming in with missing food or drinks from orders, even one customer had there food dropped. Finally at 8:30pm was given our food, but the order was wrong finally when the order was made right I asked for a refund because at that time I have waited for our order for over 45mins, only to be given a wrong order, was then told they don't care cuz they don't get paid enough, and was laughed at in my face. Only one person actually apologize and try to fix the problem but he was told off by his coworkers. Highly very disappointed and disgusted with how we were treated. Also if you have employees not caring for their jobs because they don't get paid enough maybe they shouldn't be representing your company.
