Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Arizona

I gave them 6 different chances. Had problems with my order 5 out of 6 times. This time I ordered on my mobile app at 5:30 am (said it should be ready in 7-9 minutes) ,I waited 10 minutes before i left my house. I arrived to an empty drive thru (lucky me, right? NOT), told them I was picking up a mobile order, was told to approach the window, 3 minutes later finally someone comes and was asked if i needed sauces (i said no), then 6 minutes (9 minutes total at the freaking drive through window just waiting) later i got my food that i had ordered via the app 19 minutes before! I was also there to get a refund for a messed up order from the night before that I was told to come back the next day because they didn't know how to do a mobile app refund. Today I was told the manager would not be there for another 10 minutes. This is unbelievably annoying! Now I'm waiting to hear back from customer service. I'm disappointed in the ultimate cheese burger. It's not the ultimate any more. In 1989 to 1991it was a new burger with three diffrent cheeses. And thicker burgers with mayo on both sides of the buns. It was great then. My favorite burger ever. Fort mohave opens a new Jack's restaurant. So I wanted my favorite burger. What I got was far from it at double the price or the early 90's. Reason is, the buns were dry, the burgers thin and over cooked, and the big difference was the cheese. To thin and barly seen when opening the wrapper it was in. It was the thinnest slice of cheese I've ever seen in my life. WHY? WHY? WHY? You charge double the price and yet you still cut back on meat, mayo and the cheese. Why? Why? Why? Why did you allow this what used to be the ultimate cheese burger. To less the a Mc double cheese burger from a clown. WHY? agian I ask. Until it comes back as it used to be. I come here every night after a late night of work ! Today I ordered from app and they said they didn’t see the order I told them the order address and name and said “nope sorry not here “ I said I have the order number and confirmation it’s out of my bank. Was told to contact bank they don’t see order. She said sorry about your luck to contact my bank. EXTREMELY RUDE wouldn’t even listen to me or my husband! I asked for her name she said CECILIA and said contact her store manager in the morning I said oh I will be your being extremely rude we paid for our meal and said again contact your bank good bye and started laughing. As me and my husband drove around the drive through she and the guy working there were laughing thinking it’s funny. I will not ever come again and I came EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!
