Placed order at 10:10a for delivery at 12:30p, page refreshed during my ordering and changed my delivery address their own store address and, unfortunately, I didn't catch it until the doordash driver called us. We tried to correct with her but she said to call the store and hung up on us. Okay, not a problem. Called the store and it kept ringing and ringing until it would disconnect. After the 3rd try, I called to order via phone but apologized and instead asked to connect to the store. Was forwarded and managed to connect to a Marissa, she fixed the address for me and said they need someone else to pick it up but it'd be 15min or so. Okay, again, not a problem at all! 1:20 rolls by and still nothing. So I begin calling since I can't track the order. Unable to get a hold of anyone. Keeps disconnecting or being busy. Called to "order" a pizza again and spoke with a Mary and she apologized, said she'd forward me to the manager there. Disconnected again. Rinse and repeat about 4-5 more times. I admit I was calling pretty frequently, however, we've been waiting for this order since 12:30p. Did an online chat and spoke with Rochelle. Was told she understood my frustration and did all she could to help, which I understand, and said she'd submit to upper management and they'd reach out...in 1-3 business days from now. No refund or anything on a big expensive order. 2pm rolls around and still nothing so I go into the shop directly. I was helped by a young man who said it was his first day. He was nice but obviously had to seek out help from a seasoned employee in the back who avoided all eye contact with me AND made him handle this situation. Was told I need to wait for them to remake the food because they still have the old one but it just wasn't ever picked up.

Read moreWill not order from here again. Had issues ordering delivery twice within 3 weeks. This past sunday i dont know if the lady was being a witch or didnt understand the question. I asked her if her actual delivery driver was there or was it going to be delivered through door dash her reply was uuhhh m... uh huh. then i repeated the question again, and her response was uh huh. repeated a 3rd time which was it. she said their driver was there. So i decided to order because the time before we ordered delivery it went through door dash. 1st driver kaylah took off with it or something called an hr later still waiting pizza.
this time on sunday we ordered it at 10:58 pizza hut sent txt that pizza was on the way and picked up by door dash at 11:08 and will be here by 11:15. I never got a txt by door dash so now its 11:30 no word so i decided to call to see the progress they never answered. i already paid for my pizza. So we use option 1 to order they answer try to transfer to store of course they hang up. its now 12 30 of me calling and telling them we haven't gotten an update or cant get ahold of anyone at store i put in order at 10:58 So they put me on hold and said they reached someone thell transfer me of course no answer. Finally 12:54. A door dasher showed up and we asked what happened to order he said they just put order in for pick up. The driver showed us the message saying pick up time was around noon pizza was warm and breadsticks little chewy but why then did pizza hut say it was picked up ay 11:08 am. I ordered from hungry howies luckily they had their driver on hand. This pizza hut was great months ago but now it has gone down hill. Its hard when you have family with medical issues, no vehicle and this is the only pizza place around your area and want to treat yourself...
Read moreEntire experience has been an absolute nightmare. Tried ordering on the app, app asks you to log on using website, wouldn’t accept my credentials. Tried 3 times including a pw reset. Gave up went to website - accepted my credentials 1st try. Tried to order from the pick 2 menu. As long as I didn’t want pizza I could order from the pick 2. Website blew up when I tried to order a pizza. So I ordered through the regular menu. Only shining star was Isaiah the door dasher! Got my order, it’s wrong. Called the ph number 2 get thru to someone. Chose the option where I had an issue. That never connected to anyone - didn’t disconnect either, just a black hole. Called back, chose option to order a pizza knowing someone will answer that line. They transferred me to the store. It rang over 30 times before it disconnected - I was patient it was Friday night. I called back to the order line - after all the apologies… they were going to connect me with a supervisor. It rang over 30 times before it disconnected. I called back one last time and told them what happened - they (corporate) called until it disconnected and by that time I was in the car driving. I finished the call in the store with the lovely woman that helped me file the complaint. I waited for my turn. I asked to talk to a manager and apparently I was so I explained to her what happened and that I have been trying to call the store - her response - we were busy! Priceless! She won’t be so busy now that corporate is going to know that she just doesn’t bother picking up the phone for customers or corporate.
