Chillax Smoke & Vape — Local services in El Mirage

The guy that's working there, (I don't know if he's the owner or not) but my brother and I were sold vapes, and before we left the store we asked to test it, which is a good idea incase of a defective product. The vape we tested was defective - as in after we hit it, the vacuum in the vape was continuously running, after there was no one hitting it. We asked to exchange and he wanted us to get another flavor, and choose from "the newer vapes from the same company," because the one we chose "was old." (why he's still selling after he knows they're old, I'll never know) We chose another flavor, same brand, and the exact thing happened and we showed him. He understood and everything was on camera obviously. We asked to change for another, but for a different brand and he said that's fine. We chose another brand, then after, he told us to pay for the difference. He never stated it before we tested, then tried to get the $1 in difference of price. He gave us 2 different sob stories and refused to give the product. We told him to contact the police if there was a problem, then he absolutely refused to. (Obviously something sketchy) But I will never in my life step foot in the building again, regardless of ownership. That is beyond the most skeptical experience I've ever had in a smoke shop, and I have no respect for...

This little spot just opened up recently, down the road from my house, it's a great little place for all of your smoke and Vape needs. They have a MASSIVE amazing selection of products, and better prices than any of the other 4 smoke shops I have been to since moving out here. Tonight 01/31/2022 was my 6th or 7th time in since they opened, and EVERYONE on their staff is amazingly helpful. Always quick with a smile and any info I might want or need, and go above and beyond to help out. Tonight I had the most helpful guy I have met. His name is Hasan, he was so friendly and helpful, honestly, he is an excellent asset to the business, very knowledgeable about his products, eager to make sure you have a pleasant experience, but not so eager it's off-putting. I honestly can say, I know I'll find myself going back in just to bs with him and just have a friendly chat while I get my smokes. I honestly look forward to seeing him again, which is a VERY rare thing for me, as I have worked customer service for 20 years and I usually hate going into any stores to make any kind of purchase. All in all, if you find yourself anywhere near this spot in Litchfield Park, Stop in and enjoy it...
