Subway at Sun Lakes is REALLY going downhill. No masks on anyone, no Italian herb and cheese bread AND when I requested fresh tuna I was told NO that they couldn't replace the tuna until a certain time but what was out was dry and nasty looking. I just left and went to the subway down off McQueen and Riggs. Got a fresh sandwich made to my liking. Placed a formal complaint with them about the Sun Lakes store and was told that all employees were still supposed to be wearing masks so the McQueen store manager said she would definitely call their main office about that and their refusal to make me a sandwich the way I asked. All the bins with the vegetables were nearly empty almost like they were left out overnight we ordered the cold cut combo. The outsides of the meat were brown, like it had been an expose too long or sitting out too long. However, I drove all the way over there, and there are workers inside, but they have the doors locked at 1:00 in the afternoon!!... Can you explain to me how that is a good business practice??
