Taco Bell — Restaurant in Arizona

So my buddy and I are headed to New Mexico and stopped at the gas station here in Tuscon and went to the Taco Bell attached to it. I can't eat carbs or sugar because of a diet I am on so I order this bowl and it just has rice beans lettuce tomatoes cheese guac and chicken. I let them know no rice or beans and pay for my food no big deal. They call my name for my food and I goto the counter and they gave me a burrito. The tallish skinny balck dude in the back who I unfortunately didn't get his name told me that is what i ordered. I said no I ordered the bowl and i cant we eat this because of the tortilla. He said no you ordered the burrito and repeatedly told me I orderd the burrito and shrugged his shoulders and told me he wouldnt fix my order. The cashier guy even admitted that he made a mistake and appologised for it but the guy I'm the back just kept arguing with me. After getting a manager involved from the gas startion because apparently Taco Bell doesn't have one, this lady came over and told him just to make me my bowl after he argued with her for a minute. He begrudgingly did. He made my bowl with extra rice and no chicken. I was done. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant before. I just threw the bag away and let them keep my $5, I wasnt about to start another fight with this idiot. Mistakes happen and that is fine. Treating others like this is not ok and I had to finish up our 3 hour drive hungry. I obviously didn't starve to death or anything dramatic like that, but I am very livid about...

I got fuel for my semi and pulled forward. All lanes were taken but no one was behind any of the semis. I go to Taco Bell and see there was 4 ppl in the dining area. I asked if they ordered and two were ahead of me and one I could see one car in the drive thru. There were two workers. I ordered a #3 burrito supreme and one hard taco with a drink. They gave me my cup and I waited. The person in front of me asked the guy before her and it must have been long I didn’t hear his answer and she was like really and nodded her head so I’m guessing they were there long too. 10 minutes goes by they finish one order still on person ahead of me. I go check the fuel island and I see a person was behind me fueling so I need to hurry and get outs of there. I go back in there and there just finishing the person in front of me. I wait and wait Ten more minutes go by and I told the guy, I gotta go and asked for a refund. Tells me to come back tomorrow in the day. I just left without my food or refund. 9.70 wasted. The two workers had food on the floor, laughing and causing around. The guy taking orders started laughing uncontrollably then just stops. I would have given this place 5 stars before, but recently their service has been going downhill. I get my food wrong, no straws, no napkins, and when they're out of something I'm not told until I call back and they blame it on another shift not telling them. Staff is typically friendly and the service fast, but the little things are starting to pile up as mentioned. It also felt like the food made me sick. I was promised that the Chalupa Box wasn't spicy unlessed I asked for spicy. It didn't taste spicy, but I've got an upset stomach and keep gagging now. They used to be a fav stop, but definitely not going to go there again for awhile. Edit: Tried going there again after awhile. I have very specific food allergies. One of which is fresh raw tomatoes. I said no tomatoes. It was on every single thing I ordered even though I was promised it wouldn't be. They don't answer their phone at night despite being 24hr. I tried calling the Pilot for help and the Pilot hung up on me! I wasn't that mad before, but the service here has only gotten worse! Now I am never, ever going...
