I just want to start congratulating the person who hired Ms. Crystal Elrod and her management staff including Ms. Samantha Maddom, they were incredibly and awesomely helpful and friendly when we were there on Tuesday Junes, 25, 2013 and with a problem i had that day.
The story start like this, me and 3 other mates stopped there from our way to McKinney, TX. from Memphis, TN, and we were traveling in a SUV by the time we stooped at your delicious restaurant, i was completely asleep and i wasn't complete in my best senses so i took my bag with all my personal belongings, like passport, prescription glasses, travelling stuff and my key set to the restaurant for no reason and i hang it from my chair, so I ordered and ate an awesome Baconator with your delicious strawberry lemonade, which i got real quick and freshly prepared delicious, i enjoyed it big time.
I'm not a big fan of fast food but I'm guilty of only enjoying it at your place, so after ate and used your very clean and well maintained bathroom, we headed out from the restaurant, with a warm goodbye from your staff.
By this point in the Story you already realize i left my bag at your restaurant. So... yeap 3 hours later, it struck me like a cold water bucket, i had left my personal belongings at a fast food restaurant, at that time i got to be honest i was worried and anxious like no other time, i screamed on the SUV and my mates reacted and asked what was wrong i told them and Smokey quickly suggested that we called the number on our receipts so we did, i did not know what to expect, i did not called my self cause i not really good with English as isn't my mother language so after 1 minutes of Smokey talking on the phone with Ms. Maddom, a really well mannered, friendly and helpful lady, my worries were dissipated, she informed us that she had the bag and before agreeing to our request of sending it to us in any way or assisting on it, she verified on a really smart and respectful manner we were in fact the owners of the bag, so she gave us the name of the general manager Ms. Crystal Elrod, by that time we were sure this problem was going to work out.
The next day at the office we called and talked with Ms Elrod, the most helpful and kind manager i have ever had the pleasure to talk in any restaurant, my mate Smokey talk to her the whole time after i tried to explain the situation and she was really comprehensive so she helped us big time by looking for a box and putting the bag inside measuring it and talking to us and working with us the whole process, we schedule a pickup from UPS she agree to fill out very very kindly, a form by the time the UPS truck get there and she did all this in a timely manner and with the best disposition i ever seen in a fast food industry manager. I sincerely advise that she get a raise in the future o a promotion cause that a employee worth keeping, and with that drive she can be a great asset to your restaurant.
Right now is still, June 26, 2013 Miss Crystal and miss Samantha and their staff does not know this but tomorrow Thursday 27th it's my Birthday and they gave me the best gift, a stranger can give to another stranger, the gift of kindness and a helpful hand in the time of need, I hope life will be as grateful to them as we are and i hope the company she represents give her the opportunities she deserve, I wish i can do more in this moment but i will be eternally grateful to them.

Read moreburger is great but tables are filthy and even when they are wiped down half is missed and still food on the tables. Hasn't been a clean table in the whole place either time I've been there and it hasn't been busy. Girl working cash register must not could speak. She didnt know how to ring up burger only no combo and no cheese. She stood there looking at mgr but woulsnt ask for help. Still got my order wrong. Out of soap in both bathrooms and hand sanitizer was empty too. I told the cashier that had taken my order and she said nothing just looked at me. She didnt tell anyone either was still out of everything soap wise when I went to wash up after I ate. There was a guy preparing food with long hair and beard with no net protection for hair of beard and leaning over food that was being served. If he had been there when I had came in I would have left. Very unsanitary. I watched 4 people come in and order with the same girl I tried to order from. They got so furious that they yelled for the manager. They all 4 ended up leaving very angry because they couldn't get their order right. Health department desperately needs to check this place out. So many health code violations. Owner needs manager changes because they are doing horrible job hiring and having employees do their job. That's it for me and this wendy's. Read moreAwesome! Anthony and Sam (Madden?) were great hosts! Very patient and accommodating. We hadn't been to a Wendy's in a very long time. The service was top notch and the restaurant, including the bathroom was clean! I liked the bacon, odd since I'm not a bacon fan, but the cooks got it to perfection. The servings were small but I suppose that's how Wendy's does it. The fries were amazing and the chicken was really good! Our meal was cooked well. I suppose the only thing that really set it off was the croissant. We discussed that perhaps it was the combination of the honey, bacon, chicken, and croissant that didn't blend well because the biscuit, chicken, and honey was fabulous. To each his own in taste buds. My point is the restaurant was very clean (thank you Anthony) and staff! Sam, you all should be commended!
