The Buffalo Grill & Lounge — Restaurant in Arkansas City

We waited an hour for our food. When it was finally done, the waiter told us (party of 6) that he would bring our dishes out one at a time so he didn't drop anything. It took 10-15 minutes to get each plate. Both of the chicken fried steak orders came without gravy (one was charred and we had it removed from our ticket because we didn't want to wait another hour for another plate.) All of our dishes were missing their dinner rolls. While the manager was at our table, we informed him and he brought us some that were borderline burnt. One of our friends requested a refill on his sweet tea and never got it. We also had to get that while the manager was at our table. I informed the waiter that two of us has shellfish allergies a because someone in our party ordered shrimp, and he informed us that they're was nothing they could do about it because all the food is fried in the same oil. My wife and I went for their Taco Tuesday promotion. The food was ok, even at $1 per item I still wouldn't call it a deal, Taco Tico has better food for about the same price. The service was absolutely terrible, we both ordered the chips and salsa, which we were both charged for, but we only received 1 basket of chips and salsa. We weren't really concerned about having 2 baskets of chips, but we each wanted a bowl of salsa for our food. I asked about the missing salsa 3 times, and was told that it was on its way 3 times, 30 minutes later we left without ever receiving the salsa that we paid for. If you're looking for a decent Mexican place on a Tuesday night this definitely isn't where you want to be, spend the extra few bucks and dine somewhere...

This place is always running out of things. I went there for their Taco Tuesday promotion, and they were out of taco shells. When the food came out, they forgot my queso. When she went back to the kitchen to get it, she learned they had already thrown it all out. The service was pretty slow.
