What a wonderful find! Fresh, delicious food with a cheery staff. We had the melt-in-your-mouth carnitas, the savory tacos de asada (with carne - I'm not a fan of lengua), and the most substantial chili relleno I've ever encountered - loaded with seasoned ground beef, it was a meal in itself. The rice had a nice Chipotle smokiness, and the beans were creamy and delicious. We also had the best fried ice cream I've tasted in years. Definitely worth a few minutes' drive out of Eureka Springs!

You want great Mexican food, priced right, fast? Stop in here. A bit tricky to find as it's tucked behind a convenience store. Mariachi is always delicious, always clean, always good service. Clarixa, Anna Mae, Camilla and David offer up wonderful hospitality every time. We almost always order and share the combination plate. I said always a lot. On purpose. Yum, dadgum!

My wife had the Mexican Carnitas, she said everything was good except the rice was cold. Was disappointed that you do not serve margaritas or other mixed drinks. Fried ice cream and sopapillas with ice cream and honey were excellent.

What a disappointment…. My mom, who has a home on Holiday Island, suggested that we go there for lunch this past week. There were two young ladies who were working the front register and serving. We were one of only three tables in the restaurant that were occupied at the time. There was filth all over the place, as the tables that were empty had not been bussed/cleaned, whatsoever. The entire time that we were there, the two young women, whilst not having to wait on anyone, sat at the bar area on their phones with earbuds in, only having to get up when necessary. We couldn’t believe it. I’ve never been in a restaurant where the employees just sit around when there is cleanup to do. The food was subpar, at best. The portions were very small and there was just no flavor. We both agreed that we’ll not...

Stopped in for supper on Monday, July 28, 2025 around 5 pm. I got the Camerones al mojo de ago, Shrimp with garlic and cilantro. I thought they would be sautéed, but they were poached in a very light broth with tomatoes and onions with chopped garlic from a jar and a bit of cilantro. Very tasteless. My friend got the Chimichanga and it wasn’t very good either. I see pictures of food with beer on here, but they don’t serve alcohol and you can’t bring any in either. With the limited number of businesses on Holiday Island, I was hoping this restaurant would be outstanding. I doubt if I will return. The waitress passed our table several times without taking our plates once we...

We took my 6 year old here for her birthday. Food was decent , definitely not the best. The pricing was good for the little group we had. The waitress didn't hover but they could have stayed busy cleaning tables or something other than letting your customers see you flirting and carrying on with the male wait staff. They only served beer and well that was extremely disappointing. They didn't do anything extra than take our order and give us our food my daughter was a little disappointed they didn't even say happy birthday to her. I think we will 100% stick with Casa Maya in Shell Knob and pay the extra money for great food and drinks. Next year her birthday dinner will be...
