Larry's Pizza East End — Restaurant in Arkansas

First off, let me just start by saying "I Love Larry's Pizza" Just not this location. I am a regular customer at the "Bowman" location in LR. I only eat the BBQ chicken pizza which is what I ordered. Young lady said it would be ready in about 20 min. I arrive in about 23 min and the pizza had recently come out. As the lady in front of me begins to get her order, a lady goes into the warmer and removed 4 pizzas. She gives the lady 3 and sits the other on top of the warmer. I notice these things because I'm very attentive. The lady pays for her food gets all the customary greetings and then it's my turn. She asked my name and I inform her the lady on the phone didn't ask for my name. Then she says, "you must've ordered the BBQ chicken pizza", to which I reply yes. I then ask, because I notice there isn't another large pizza in the warmer, "Is that my pizza up there"? To which she replied yes and then the lady who put it there comes to say she just put it up there for a second (not true). I'm hungry, so I take the pizza and go. Remember I eat this pizza all the time, well at least 3 times a month. I take the 1st piece and bite it. To my surprise it's still warm, yet something isn't right. Apparently they are using a different BBQ sauce for the pizza because it was very off putting. Just to be sure, I tried a 2nd piece and to say that was the last piece I tried. The remaining slices went to these 3 homeless guys who were more than thankful for the pizza. I will never visit this location again and I will stop at any Larry's pizzas. Just...

Thrice I’ve ordered pepperoni and Italian sausage. The first was fantastic. I thought that I had found a closer Larry’s pizza than to travel to White Hall. The second time, the pizza was lacking much meat, sauce, and cheese. I thought maybe it was just a bad night. I ordered again tonight. Same as the second time. I called and told them about it and that’s what they were telling me is that they don’t put a lot on their pizzas. My pepperonis were so dry that they cracked in my hand. The lady offered to make me another one, but why would I want another one? If she says that is the way did they make it? So I declined. It was so strange though. My husband’s personal pizza was thick and full of everything. Maybe they’re trying to save money...

Not a fan of the dry pizzas at this location. But loved their sandwiches until one night I called in an order for 2 sandwiches. Drove up with in the time they said to expect them to be ready. Waited at the window well over 30 mins, workers looked at me and never helped me, I finally just drove off after one worker came over to the window looked at me, looked at something that looked like possibly the orders. Cars piled up behind me... so I drove off. Called and said I waited for 30 mins or longer to just cancel my order. Came home and cooked dinner. The manager called and apologized and offered me a free couple of sandwiches. That was nice if her. Mistakes happen but I rarely eat out...
