Arlington Market&Deli — Restaurant in Arlington

Cigarette Manufacturers deliver packs with discounts on them. I went in today to get a pack of Camels. They had a $.25 off coupon on the package. The clerk took a different pack without the discount and rung them up instead. I asked why he was doing that and was told that the owner told him to do this! That discount is offered from the manufacturer to the consumer and this guy obviously thinks that it’s fair to not offer it to the customer and keep that $.25 for himself! I’m sure that these packs are already incentivized to the dealer and he’s getting that discount as well as keeping my $.25. This is nothing but cheap and dishonest business practices. I will never go in there again....
