Horrible Customer Service !
I went there for the first time and was asking the older woman that worked there a few questions and she wouldn’t even look at me . Finally I asked again if I can pay there or have to pay at the gas station register . And she said yes you can do either and considering the gas station line was super long and I was the only one with her I said yes can I pay here. She walked to the other side of where we were standing she says to me see there is a register here that mean I can check you out . I said well I didn’t see that I’ve never been here before . Does it save this location so much money that they don't care about repeat customers-just gotta get that sale to the truckers off the Cinnabon name? Cinnabons are supposed to be Gooey and moist. This was the driest Cinnamon roll I've ever had and it was "fresh". Maybe this location could follow the recipe better and not skimp cause I can't imagine any other excuse for this. Don't recommend, don't expect the regular delicious Cinnabon if you try this location.

Read moreIt's a Cinnabon, so it's gonna be good if you get a fresh one. Of course if you buy an old one it's going to taste old. You're also supposed to microwave them, if you microwave them they taste like they are fresh from the oven.
Just went there at 7:30 and they had the fresh ones from 6:30 out, bought them, 30 seconds in the microwave and it's delicious like always.
