Mr. Froze Margarita — Restaurant in Arlington

My lady and our kids came here been here a few times and was a cool place with good drinks. We were excited that they actually had board games and things for a family could do enjoying a beverage. 2 ladies helped us, we bought (what I call a jug) of a mix of margaritas, 2 waters, and the kids non alcoholic slushies. Paid $45 just for drinks. We sit down to play games with our kids and I was like you know what let’s go ahead and try our drink; I ask if we can have a small plastic cup, and she told me that’s gonna be a dollar, I thought she was kidding, and she said “no I’m serious” let me get this straight. We spend nears $50 bucks on drinks and water and we have to pay for a little plastic cup?

I did not want to use my credit card for one dollar, I told my girlfriend I’m going to walk next door and get a cup. I got. Small cup for free t the gas station near this location. As a business owner my self I am not going to charge customers paying good money why just for cold drinks. We stayed maybe 10 more mins played games.. it really just made the whole vibe not so fun.

I’ve been going here for some months now and the drinks are amazing. I have became a regular here coming every Monday and Friday. I just have to give a huge shoutout to April at Mr.Froze in GP! Every time I stop by, she’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile on her face. Her customer service is top-notch and she makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time there.

And let’s talk about the drinks absolute perfection! April nails the flavor, the mix, and the consistency every single time. Whether I’m in the mood for something strong, sweet, or somewhere in between, she gets it just right. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it really shows in the quality.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened and before that their original Saginaw location. I loved my girl Jessica. She was always so personable and kind. She made sure I tried what I wanted and had everything I needed. This afternoon I went in and was consistently interrupted while speaking, she wanted to tell me everything I stated was wrong and talk over me. She made me feel like a nuisance rather than a cherished customer and I’m truly disappointed. As a regular I cherished feeling valued and she made it a very bad experience.
