I'd rate this location 0 stars if I could. If you enjoy having your order wrong everytime come here. Otherwise go to a different location. They get the order wrong every single time even if you make them read it back to you 10 times. The employees are a bunch of kids who don't care and don't even wear uniforms, they just wear athletic shorts and hoodies. Literally the worst sonic there is. I would not suggest my worst enemy come here. Manager Sebastian stated he doesn't care about their customers and cursed at me. I will be calling corporate. After immediately calling corporate while headed home I spoke with a very polite and professional employee named Courtney. She assured me that they were not okay with how the manager handled the situation or how the store is run. They said they would pass the complaint on and I will receive a call tomorrow to further discuss the situation and a solution. It was stated they would pull Sebastian aside and speak with him about his actions, normally I would agree with correcting the mistake so it doesn't happen again but after the way he acted as a Manager tonight I believe Sonic should terminate his employment, I don't want anyone to lose their employment and income I'm not a mean person but their are also certain guidelines a Manager or even a Customer Service Rep should go by when dealing with customers and what he did completely crosses the line of deserving a talk and being told not to do it again. I feel the only solution here is for Sebastian to be terminated (or at least demoted from a manager back to car hop, Cook or whatever) because he is clearly not mature enough to manage a store or he just flat out does not care about the customers. When they reach back out to me I will be letting them know I feel that's the course of action the needs to be taken. I feel Sebastian should be fired or at least demoted from manager, The General And District Managers also need to be told what happened so they can let their employees know that that is not an okay way to act in any situation, and I should be refunded the money for my order, after letting it go so many times I decide to let them know and ask for a refund because I feel I have not recieved the service I have paid for and instead of them politely saying "I cant give you a refund unfortunately but is there some way we can correct our mistake for you?" The first manager, High out of his mind looked at me like I was crazy because I wanted a refund then Sebastian decided he was going to yell at me, curse at me and insult me and not recieve any punishment (which makes me think hes done this many times before and nothing is ever done about it) then when he realized I was not going to back down he called me a B**, shut the window and locked it. I really hope they handle the situation like a major corporation should and refund the order to me and fire or demote Sebastian. Sorry the review is so long I am just very upset about how I was spoken to and how Sebastian and the other manager handled the situation. I will update the outcome of the situation on here if they reach out to me and handle the situation like they stated they would. Thank you courtney for being so polite and helpful.    Read moreI went to sonic after church to get my grandson breakfast, I pulled into a stall and placed an order. The credit card machine on the menu board wasn't working, as I was told by staff on the intercom. They sent a team member out to get my card to go inside and run the card. As I waited over 20 minutes, I hit the intercom to ask where my order was and that the young man never returned with my credit card. I was told he'd be out with the card and my order, another 15 or so minutes went by, I sent my grandson to the door to get someone to assist me, the door was not accessible to patrons,only staff. I buzzed back to find out the reason I hadn't received the food or my credit card, I was told they're looking for my credit card, another 15 minutes went by, the team member came out and said he lost my card, he did bring the food, and said he came out and couldn't find me, I said I've been parked right here the whole time I don't believe you ever came out, because I haven't moved. He apologized and went back in to look for the credit card. 30 minutes go by, and he comes back to say he thinks the card fell into the lock box and it can't be retrieved..only by a supervisor who he said would be coming in an hour to open it.i waited and no one arrived. I asked for the number for the supervisor, and no one answered. I then asked to speak to someone else, the young man said he was the manager and they would arrive in a few hours and I should come back, while I was home, I contacted corporate offices and they said they would file a claim on the matter. When I arrived back at the restaurant hours later, other staff came out to tell me no one was coming and it would be a week before the lock box could be opened. No one can tell me how the card got there or if in fact it was even in the box. I was given another number to a different person (I DO HAVE NAMES) to call no one ever answered or bothered yo return my call. I got a call 4 days later and was told they can't open the box for another week. I just moved to Texas and my bank card is from a credit union in Nebraska, I didn't have access to my money and had to call my credit union to cancel the card and order a new one which took an additional 10 days to get. The supervisor who did call didn't appear sympathetic to what I was dealing with, although he offered apologies that didn't help my situation, he offered to comp my meal for that order ($12) I had to max out credit cards to live until I could get my new card. The supervisor took my address and offered my grandson gift cards ( which I never got) the upper management never contacted me after 2 calls to them, and the whole ordeal was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never dine at sonic again the service was terrible my grandson ordered French toast and was given mustard instead of syrup, it was cold by the time we received it, as I assume they were in there looking for my credit card, no one seemed to care that this was even an issue.    Read moreSonic is usually one of my favorite quick stops, but this particular location hasnât measured up to others in the area. The idea of âhot and fastâ doesnât always apply here. While the food itself can be fine once it finally arrives, the wait times feel much longer than they should for a drive-in.
Iâve had times where drinks showed up wrong or out of things during peak hours, which is frustrating when thatâs half the reason you pull in. Burgers and coneys taste like Sonic classics, but too often they arrive lukewarm, as if they sat waiting to be run out.
Service is also inconsistent. Some carhops are friendly, but others drop the order off without much effort to make sure itâs accurate. Iâve had small mistakes like missing condiments or sides, and while not a deal breaker, it adds up over time. The lot itself could use more attention tooit doesnât have that same tidy look Iâve seen at better Sonic locations.
At its best, Sonic should be about convenience and speed, but this location just hasnât nailed those basics. If it tightened up on service and kept food quality consistent, it would be much stronger. For now, it lags behind other...
