Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Arlington

Maybe it is just because I live close to this Sonic and go often but the past few months we have not been getting good service. Nearly ever time me and my friends order food, the conversation goes like this: Me: "Hi can I have a number 7 with a Dr. Pepper" Them: "Ok that will be 7.50." click Me: Hits button again "Um hello, sorry, we weren't done ordering." Them: "Oh ok what else" Me: "Can I also have a number 3 with a sprite and-" Them: "Ok that's 15.60" click. It's so frustrating if you are getting multiple things! Recently I got their foot long chili cheese dog, and when I got home it was just plain. I did not ask for it plain, nor do they even have an item on the menu that comes like that. When we tried to call them to let them know to double check their food, we got hung up on immediately. We tried calling back multiple times and each time they would pick up and hang up. It's conveniently located off of 360; that's where the positives end. There are always problems here; always. I sent back the same order three times and got home to find it STILL wrong. It wasn't a complicated order at all. On the off chance that my order is correct, the card readers don't work. Every time I've stopped recently, there's an issue with the card readers.
