I replied to your reply!! The worst experience I have ever had!!! I got a washer and dryer from here for $1,200 I Took it home and it stopped working. I called them told them it's not working and I wanted a full re-fund the guy only gave me $800 back instead of the full amount. He said I had it to long. I called them on day one and it has a 10 month warranty on it? I will not go back here and I will not send anyone else here. They say they don't resale but they do. It's a scratch and dent place And it was really scratched and dented when I got it they try saying that it was me. This was just a Complete nightmare It was just a very bad experience for me here mainly because I really needed a working washer and dryer, and for them to blame me and tell me I dont know how to use a washer and a dryer on top of everything else, really?!!?! They in everyway just put the blame on me! $1,200 may not be a lot of money for some people but it's a lot of money for me to come up with and for them to refuse to give me a full re-fund! That just don't sit right with me! Don't tell me I can get a full re-fund then not give it to me.

Replying to your reply : First of all it's a 10 month warranty Secondly I called about the washer in the same month I got the set and said it's not working right! I have been calling about it since I got it. I don't have a truck my dad does and he works out of Austin so it's hard enough to first get the set to my house and to get it back to you guy's so you can fix the problem is another issue!!!! I know that's not your problem it's mine!! I told the sale guy that we would be bringing the set in and HE DECIDED to have some guy pick the set up from my house. Witch he used my dolly to get the set on to his truck and then threw my dolly in to my yard The only extra scratches on the set was from the dolly and you can clearly see it!!! The guy didn't even let me know he was there for the set but wants to use and then throw my dolly into my yard not cool. He busted the wheel off of my dolly. I also had 2 other dryers and the issue with them was just the belt other than that no problem with the air duct for the dryer it's clean because I clean it. I'm a clean freak!! I had the set for 4 months out of a 10 month warranty and you had 2 washers and 1 dryer that was used and you was selling them we found that out from your sell guy saying that you guy's don't sell used and yet you do.!! So telling me that you won't sell the set now because it's used because you don't sell uesd stuff was a lie straight to our face!!! And 1 of the washers was severely dented by the lid and it is very noticeable nothing like how mine looked. Mine were a lot nicer. They just didn’t work correctly, when I bought them. Other than the dryer because the dryer did 3 loads. And I'm talking about like 1st load 3 towels , 2nd load was 5 yoga pants, 5 pair of socks, 5 pairs of underwear, 5 bras and 5 shirts and the 3rd load was 4 towels. Because it kept saying there was no water connected to it when it was connected I don’t have hot water for the washer. That’s why it was set on cold water only!! So I didn't even over load either one so, you can't say that I did!!! I was only able to wash 4 loads and so that would not even be enough time to mess up the heating sensor in the dryer is because the dryer didn’t even get four loads. It only got 3!! So yet again here you are telling me that it’s my fault that I don’t know how to use the washer and dryer and that my air duct dirty and that’s why the dryer burnt up OK uh NO!!!! we even offered to just take $1,000 because of everything that happened instead of the full $1,200!!! I did not put any extra dents or marks or scratches of any kind on that washer and dryer I picked them up that way. The only other markings on it was from the guy you guy's sent to pick up the washer and dryer set from my house when HE USED MY DOLLY!!!! I almost forgot to mention there was used parts on my brand new...

Our fridge stopped working so my wife and I went looking for a specific model Samsung. They had several here but because of our older house we needed it to be a counter depth and preferred a white model. They had stainless ones available but the only white one was a full depth. Not only did they offer to swap the panels but the price was amazing, we got a warranty and delivery too.

The delivery went smooth, and the driver made sure to measure all openings and even removed a door from the hinges to make sure nothing would scratch.
