Tivoli’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in Armada Township

It's a shame, because they have pretty good pizza here.. But I've ordered pizza and cheese bread once every 2-3 weeks since moving to Armada roughly a year ago. The first 4 times, my pizza was ready upon arrival, but I had to wait another 20 mins because they forgot the bread sticks. 3 of those times, they gave me the wrong type of bread sticks/cheese sticks. So, I had to reheat the pizza by the time I got home. Many times, my order took 15-20 minutes longer than I was told it would take. The last 3 times have taken progressively longer, with the last time taking nearly an hour beyond the time I was told. No apology, nothing.

I've worked in pizza places in the past, and there's no reason that a carry out pizza and bread sticks should ever cause this many issues. Considering they're twice the price of your average pizza place, you would expect them to reflect that in their experience. I'll be ordering from the bar and grill...

I can’t believe how RUDE Sals wife can be to customers! This wasn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with her attitude but it’s surely the last!!! I’ve had delivery at my address, WITHIN the Village limits, for 4 years. Even by Sals wife herself, who always comments on the size of my dog. We stopped in Armada for the fair and didn't want to pay the fair prices for food so went into town to find food. We followed the smell of Pizza to Tivoli's and ordered the Chicago style pepperoni pizza. It took about 50 minutes to cook. Once it was ready, we ate in the restaurant. This is a bare bones pizzeria with great pizza, cold drinks, and no-frills service. Honestly, its a welcome change from the chain restaurants that can be found on every corner.
