My name is Leonardo Hernandez and if I do eat out at a fast food joint I always prefer Carl's Jr. I'm leaving a negative review because I ordered food online that my mother was kind enough to pay for and her account was charged we have the bank statement to prove it. I want to mention that another reason I'm leaving a review is because the folks inside were extremely cortious and I could tell visibly felt bad about what I was going through and the fact that all they could say is how sorry they were that they understand my frustration and that they themselves don't know what to do. It's about 11:15 am and I want to make sure the people here for this shift especially the people I spoke to do not get into any trouble. I've worked in food service my entire adult life and I will never blame the "bread and butter" of an establishment for something that is above them. I PERSONALLY BLAME EITHER THE OWNER, THE REGIONAL MANAGER, CORPORATE ITSELF, OR ALL THREE JUST SO I'M CLEAR. I DON'T WANT ANYONE WHO WAS HERE AT THIS TIME TOGET INTO ANY TROUBLE THAT WOULD UPSET ME EVEN MORE. I had a terrible visit at your Arroyo Grande California location: while placing my order I was rushed after everything I said. I was asked "is that it? is that it" and I kept replying no I am NOT done ordering. after I had completed my order and paid for my food, I went home to enjoy with my family. When I got home I noticed there was a mistake on one of my sandwiches so I went back to get it corrected. I explained what was wrong and they "fixed it". I went home again and when I got home I noticd that it was still wrong. At this point it has been over 30 minutes and my milkshake is melted and my french fries are cold I return to the location for a third time and I explained how inconvenienced I was. I was speaking to Wendy and through out her conversation I noticed that the shift leader Wendy kept picking at an open sore on her left arm close her elbow. At this point I asked for a full refund and I was told no. I repeated my explanation on how I was inconvenienced and she stood firm that she would not refund anything and that I would have to speak with Valerie, the store manager, tomorrow and that she may or may not help. This resolution is completely unacceptable, and I would like a full refund....
Read moreMy husband and I stopped in to grab lunch. We ordered our food and made our way home to eat it before going back to work. We ordered one of the new meal boxes they were trying to upsell, two milkshakes, and a plain cheeseburger. Upon arriving home we discovered that the large fry my husband ordered was a small order of a few cold overly fried left overs from the bottom of the basket, one and a half cold pieces of chicken and a burnt cookie in a box. My plain cheese burger with extra cheese had no extra cheese, lots of onions, ketchup, and mustard which I specifically asked NOT to be in my food. We tried calling the restaurant, but it just made a bunch of loud beeping sounds on the other line and I was unable to reach anyone that could help me. In conclusion, we had to drive the 15 minutes back to this horrible establishment only to have the cook blatantly complain about having to remake the food he never properly put together.
