Roselen's Coffees & Delights — Restaurant in Arthur

I ordered a hot caramel coffee and I asked what the cashier recommended from their pastry section beautiful set up. I’ve personally watched a worker. Take donuts out of the oven and put them in the displays so they are fresh every morning. Quite a refreshing vibe and change from McDonald’s to week old fake display. The price was not bad at all. I ended up ordering a large caramel coffee, a raspberry cheesecake, muffin warmed up and a small chocolate milkshake. The price came out to be about $13.00 and honestly that’s a really good deal compared to anywhere nowadays. I am always so delighted by the quality of everything here the chocolate milkshakes are amazing custard the coffee needed no extra sweetener. It was perfect. It wasn’t too sweet and it wasn’t too bitter. It still tasted like coffee. It was amazing you could just tell they were something different in this coffee, maybe extra love or care I do know that all of the cups down to the silverware has these Bible verses on them and they are numbered one through five and it’s like a little game but if you can collect all of them. I honestly love this place. This is probably my favorite place I’ve been to so far if you are ever around Arthur you have to stop in. Even if you don’t appreciate the food which you will you will love the atmosphere in here. It’s much larger than expected. There’s about three floors of sitting area, kid, friendly booster seats nice and clean well taken care of and there’s really cute accessories here as well that they sell and everything is beautiful. Even the customer service was really good. The Decaf espresso is nothing short of HORRIBLE! I bought 1 lb. fresh ground to make espresso at home. I made an Americano, took 2 sips and poured it down the drain! It had a really bad burnt flavor - smelled awful. I took the remaining coffee back to the shop and was assured there is nothing wrong the smell - that it smelled normal. To their credit, they asked if I want more coffee. Not sure what I would have done with more of the same. If the owner sees this, I am quite sure whoever roasted this batch, simply burned the beans. My turkey and mozzarella melt is tasty and priced right. The fresh tomato slices were excellent! Homegrown! Also ordered an iced caramel mocha with almond milk which was excellent!
