Terrible customer service. Will not spend my money here.

We were about to go into this store and I was ready to spend a good amount of money there. However as we were on our way in, the people at the checkout informed us we could not and had to go out of the porch and around to enter, even though the entrance was literally 4 feet from us at this point. I tried to give this person the benefit of the doubt, perhaps this wasn’t a door after all? No. After we started to go around I saw several other people doing the same thing we were attempting to do which was to take the porch entrance into the store—as there is no other safe path for pedestrians on a weekend day where the road is crowded, which by the way no one stopped them from entering… only us. Once I saw she was literally just telling us to go around in order to be in the exact same place we started, I chose to leave. If you want people to come in and spend money here you might want to let them in the building. I was looking to start new traditions with our young family, but we won’t return and I’ll be sure to share my experience with those I know looking to find an autumn experience for their family. This place makes angel food cake better than any I've ever had. It truly earns its name here because it melts in your mouth like cotton candy. I'm about to drive an hour to buy a bunch of them. I wish they participated in Market Wagon because I would buy stuff every week.

I also got some garlic cheese bread and it is SO FLUFFY. It was great as the bread for a pulled pork sandwich and it made a top notch grilled cheese.

In addition to those absolute winners, I also got a pumpkin muffin (darn good), pumpkin loaf (standard), pumpkin cinnamon rolls (standard), and the only bad item, black raspberry butter. I was so excited about the BR butter because I didn't even know that was a thing and black raspberries are so good, but it tastes like what I assume an unscented candle tastes like. There's no hint of black raspberry at all. I had to scrape it off my bagel because I couldn't stomach it and the rest is going in the trash. I'm not sure what the problem is but this is awful.

So stay away from the black raspberry butter at least, maybe all the berry butters, or all the butters, but do NOT leave without an angel food cake and I highly recommend a loaf of bread. Shoot, I recommend driving there for the...

We bought some honey wheat rolls from here and they were absolutely amazing. They also have a wide selection of unique sodas, various coffees and other bread options. There are different flavors of angel food cake, and plenty of other delicious sounding dessert options, including pumpkin pie, and chocolate chip pumpkin bread. I will definitely be going back to buy more things...
