We broke down last night after 2 tires blew on the trailer carrying a truck and our water pump went out. I'm a school teacher who was also number one at Chickfila with customer service so I know customer service very well. The lady in Dairy Queen rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath as we walked in and said "I knew it here you can take their order my feet hurt" like the ghetto fabulous she was, and yet when I complained on her she proceeded to come into the parking lot to scream and harass my husband about it while I was in the bathroom. I complained on her to management because she does not need to work with people at all. I worked in fast food and customer service ong enough to know we were trained much better than that attitude. Although, the cook in Dairy Queen and his wife in Subway next door greeted us and took care of us and helped us call for help to repair our vehicle. The owner even stopped by to apologize for ghetto fabulous' behavior and make sure that we were ok. Now, that is real...
Read moreWhat y'all customers fail to realize is that just because something isn't working right or they don't have what you want it's not the cashier fault. How they suppose to know the ice cream was gone go soft or the slushie machine would stop freezing they DON'T!!! Cashiers don't have anything to do what goes on in the kitchen part so if your order is wrong or whatever the only thing they can do is ask the person in the back to redo it and hope it be better..... Wow who knew the handle was gone come off in the men restroom and who knew it was gone be that many women come in and use up all the toilet paper I swear y'all just do the most and some of y'all just come in to use the restroom anyway? For the outside they suppose to have someone that cleans that up. How they gone try to maintain the inside and outside when it's already one person doing a two person job in the inside. I haven't been here yet but I know what it's like to have unsatisfied/ rude customers to deal with so that's why I stated my opinion...

But us not having a car I knocked on the window. The young lady at the window put up her finger one minute and took the person on the headset and called someone. This other nice lady opened the door for us and I said thank you so much are car is in the shop. I had no idea they closed the dining room at 5. But she was nice enough to let us in. We ordered and got our food but they didn't give was a cup holder or spoons. After that the two young girls pretty much ignored us and I was too scared to stay and eat inside since it was closed and I felt unwanted in there. Trying to hold my 2 year olds hand and drink, food and ice cream in our hands. We cross the streets to the tire shop. While getting melted ice cream falling on us. Food was good but horrible experience for me. Three stars for the nice lady who let us in if not for...
