Subway — Restaurant in Asheboro

If I could give this place a no star rating I definitely would! I went and ordered sandwiches on my app to pick up at this particular store location because it’s closer to my home. I then went and sat in the parking lot and waited for the 15 minutes that it said it would need to finish the order. I was called just as I was getting ready to go through the drive-through window, just to let me know that they canceled my order, and when I asked why the girls response was, “we don’t have any bread and we need to close the store early.” So this was at 6:30 on Wednesday, February 23, 2022… And then she hung up on me. So I called back and then I asked her because I saw that they had already charged me on my app and said that I had picked it up. So I asked the girl how or if I was going to get a refund for that order since they canceled it. Her response was, “ you have to go back into the app to cancel the order.” There is nowhere in that app to cancel that order!… So I backtracked and went back into town and went to the subway over by compare foods. I asked if they had a manager on duty and they said no, that the manager only showed up when it was time to do a money drop. I then explain the situation That I just experienced at the quick Chek subway, and the kids there said oh that’s normal. But then they proceeded to tell me there was nothing that they could do either, but they had the same manager and they would relay the messages. I asked if I could just have the managers phone number and was told no, but they wrote my name and phone number down on a piece of paper to give to them.… The kids that worked at that particular subway by compare foods was also very rude and hateful. They went to start speaking in Spanish about me and how bossy I apparently had then, only for me to respond back to them in Spanish that it was normal that anybody would want their food when they paid for it. To which then they went around the other side of the wall to finish their conversation so I couldn’t hear them. And the boy that was trying to help me with the order was amazed that I understood them and responded back, to which I replied that people should never make assumptions on appearance. I might be a white girl born here in the USA but yes I do speak Spanish.… So I guess my whole complaint is that if you want to end up paying $46 for three sandwiches then the subway at quick Chek and compare foods will help you just do that. This will be definitely my last time at Subway. I’ve always dislike them because of stupid things that they do, or not do, and this is just another one to...

I Got a steak sub with lettuce spinach cucumbers ranch and mayo…. My husband got flat bread with teriyaki chicken lettuce tomato American cheese olives banana peppers ranch mayo sweet onion sauce…. NOW the guy working there was very nice we was working alone clearly new he was rushing as fast as he could as the line keeps getting bigger okay he’s done Making our subs me and my husband we’re way to hungry as we live all the way across town okay so the sub was great bread was soft and meat very warm over all the taste was great but we go along our way not even 2 hours later my tummy starts rumbling okay we go on about our day get home immediately to use Restroom WE GOT FOOD POISONING Diarrhea, and vomiting now I don’t know exactly what could of been but maybe try cleaning the area more often or keeping the sub meats with a lid as there was flys in there which is reasonable because it is a...

If I could leave no stars, I would. Every time I walk into the Sunoco gas station I have a bad experience because of the employees at this Subway. From rude customer service to the lack of cleanliness to an employee screaming at customers. Like today, Jen, the manager, screamed at an elderly lady getting soda from the fountain machine. The elderly lady made a mistake by getting soda from the subway fountain machine and Jen starts yelling at the lady telling her not to get soda from the machine that it is only for Subway. For starters there isn’t a sign that states the fountain machine is only for Subway. I know that it is but not everyone does. And no one deserves to be yelled at so rudely bc of it, especially an elderly lady! To my knowledge, Jen’s aunt is the district manager so I hope there isn’t any nepotism there.
