I come to this dunkin several times a week, honestly just because it is the only Dunkin in the area and I don't want to drive 20-30 minutes out of my way just to get a coffee. I get the same three drinks when I go and every single time my drink is made wrong. As someone who used to work at Dunkin I'm aware of the standards that should be followed and how any drink is supposed to look, however I have stopped asking for my drink to be remade due to receiving some sort of attitude from staff when I ask. As a customer I shouldn't have to feel like burden for asking for my order to be made correctly or even just placing an order in general. Even today when receiving my order it was as if the girl was trying to rush me out and seemed annoyed that I even placed an order. Majority of times I go it is like this as everyone is either standing around talking in a corner or fooling around and whoever is taking care of my order seems annoyed and rushed to get back to doing nothing. I hate complaining but when I'm spending money on something I expect to be able to have it made the way I asked for and to be able to enjoy it, and going to a place of customer service I expect to be treated not like a burden or an inconvenience. I'm hoping someone in management sees this and retrains the staff to make orders to standards or honestly just be polite when a customer asks for something to be fixed or just dealing with...

I work in fast food and waiting at the window for 5 minutes without even an employee even greeting you? Absolutely unacceptable. Today I had to leave the line without paying or taking my order because I had to get to work. This store needs to work on it’s efficiency and customer service. Employees shouldn’t be chit chatting while there’s 3+ cars in line waiting to get their food. Absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give this review no stars.
update - Every time I order my latte from here it is made incorrectly. Its been 5+ times now where I order the same coffee I do every. Single. Time. I go, and it’s always made wrong. I do not recommend this Dunkin to anyone. Please train your employees and make sure that they know how to make simple orders off of the menu. Read moreUpdated!: I figured I'd give it a try again. I wish Google let you give less than one star. This one particular place has given me a sour feeling towards Dunkin' donuts in general. Don't know if it's the management, lack of ability to get workers, or ownership, but If I were Dunkin' donuts I would try to pull back their franchise license. Slow does not even begin to say it. After coming back again after other poor experiences they yet again disappointed. Today after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive-thru line I couldn't wait any longer and had to drive off.
