Attention Corporate or Franchisee owner. This location is struggling. I believe a deep review of staff would help your business. Over the past 6 months quality has declined both in staff morale & food. Today, as a business owner, my visit to this location was very disappointing. The shift lead/manager was walking around speaking about how certain people haven't been showing up to work to the entire staff & with in customer ear shot. The poor girl upfront was waiting on bone in chicken for several orders & having trouble organizing the orders to get them expedited as quickly as possible. I sat & watched as the chicken tenders & fries I ordered sat there in the window. For about 25 minutes I waited on (2) 4 tender snacks w/ fries & (1) 3 tender dinner with double mash potatoes. Ten minutes later, the drive thru attendee yells "I hope you got tenders up because I am about to take them all." To which I replied " I hope not before you get mine." I waited another 5 minutes and finally got fed up & went to get my receipt from my car that my family was patiently waiting in. Finally, as I walked in she was packing my order. There are many things that could be imporved with coaching & a little tender care. Organizational skills to expedite faster, appropriate conduct infront of customers, & clearly staff work/life balance is something that can be improved. I hope this helps whomever is running this business because I would truly hate to see such a great place close in our small...

LOVED! We are new in the area and haven’t had a chance before to try out this chain of fast food restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised how great the food is and the staff. The few times we’ve been there have been awesome - which seems to be a rarity these days, especially since COVID. We’ve tried a few different things food-wise that have all been really great. Can’t wait to try breakfast yet given they make their own biscuits. LOVE the hot honey sandwich. The chicken fingers are my favorite though - they aren’t drenched in breading like most places & are hand breaded. The dessert pies (apple and strawberry/cream) were a nice change - still made the yummy way - fried lol. Milkshakes hand scooped - YUM! Good selection on their menu of varied options. We loved how reasonable to prices were too! And the staff was top notch - greeted us each time we came in, helpful with the menu since we were new and all of them were actually working and busy while we were there; none playing on their phones or chatting with each other ignoring customers like you usually find nowadays. Restrooms were tidy. Only downside would be the could probably use someone monitoring tables in dining room better to keep them wiped as the turnover. But what a great chain - wish they had them up north! ...

I recently moved to Ashford from Dothan. I have always had a pleasant experience until now....I am not sure who is running this establishment but I am pretty sure you do not visit or eat there. In the 2 months my family has been here we have visited 3 times trying to give you a chance, every experience has been a disaster. Tonight for example....I simply ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and some fries. I got the attached pictures and some soggy fries. On top of that, I waited at the order window for 3 minutes before I finally said HELLO! And was responded with what can I get you......I then paid without a good evening or any kind of courtesy and said pull around to the front of the building for another several minutes. All that for some crappy food I could have microwaved from the local Dollar General. Last visit they forgot my son's food, time before my wife's strawberry pie was ice cold and stale. This does not begin to express how frustrated I am. Just want to leave a review in hopes that someone cares before I write off ever going to this...
