Ashland Pizza — Restaurant in Ashland

We always order for delivery. About 4 times a month for the past 3 years. I've only ever had them show up late twice. Both times it was a new driver. The food is good, we favor their specialty pizza (I'm not sure if that's the actual name but they know what we mean when we order it). I have no idea why or what, if anything, they do to make their fries really really good. I can eat them plain and I always get at least 1 large order regardless of what else I'm ordering. I've been inside the place 3 times. Once we ate there, it's very small, but quaint and clean. The 2 other times was to pick up an order to eat on the road. Ashland pizza was the only place that delivered and with my limitations some nights there was no other option but go hungry, lol. Now that we have a variety of food places to be delivered to the house, I still prefer Ashland Pizza. We'll be ordering a few pies to take along to the family next month out of state when we go visit. Lol, the pizza shops in Tennessee aren't anywhere near as good as that...

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star anymore this place has let me down 3 times now but today topped it off!!!! Order 53$ worth of food nothing was hot our sups had nothing on it even though we ordered it will EVERYTHING!!!! The two platters we had cold and all just soggy!!!! My gyro had no sauce on it and when you call then they tell you to not let your frustration out in Ashland pizza!!!!! Ummmm you take my money and give me less then acceptable food then you tell me your going to sent a new platter and all the toppings for our subs and gyro more then 30 min later!!! Now our subs are also cold and no one wants to eat this anymore!! We used to order pizza 1-2 times a week from here nettles to say I’m not going to order again!!! Gave them a second chance just so they can screw it up again!!! Then again you get a attitude and they even try to tell you that’s how you ordered it? Well I think i know how I want my food!!!! I worked here as a delivery driver.. I drive safe and steady and would be faster and I wouldn't even get hours. They have 16 year olds more hours then me because they are favoritism all the way. People would never wash there hands and the delivery drivers would smoke crack while driving the pizza and stuff on delivery and still do. Don't order from here. I'm from Philly born and raised. I had Philly cheese steaks and Philly hamburgers. This place to me after eating from Philadelphias best.. horrible. Their cheese steak has cheap stale unmelted or burnt cheese most the time, burgers are grease filled and burnt or raw. Delivery on a slow day takes 1-3 hours, busy day up to no order being approved due to them...
