Was on my way into work & decided to call and place a order for lunch, boneless spareribs combo. Guy said 10 minutes. I said pls be aware I will arrive in about 20 minutes. I showed up 32 minutes after phone call.... walked in, said I placed a order. Dude said, with frustration & attitude.. "boneless spareribs"? I said yes. Long story short he either didn't make it or threw it out. Because he then went to say it will be 10 minutes. I said, umm okay no problem. I then sat down ready to patiently wait for my food.. looked over & noticed a sign CASH Only. I got up ask the guy if it's only cash he said YES as if I should've known. I said okay & ask where the nearest atm was being I only had cards on me. It was a block up the road. I left, went to atm, withdrew 40$, came back within 5 minutes grabbed 2 sodas from fridge & went to counter as I seen my food was sitting there to pay... This guy had the nerve to try & charge me 25$ for a boneless sparerib combo & 2 sodas.. on the menu the combination platter was 10.95. Basically, he tried charging me either 14$ for 2 sodas. Or he was trying to charge me double for the the combination platter. I'm assuming he threw the first platter away after I didn't show up in 20 minutes lol... horrible customer service! I ended up not paying & walking out! Never again! And it's hella dirty.. like rat...

He came walking towards the counter like a zombie and made no eye contact with a lot of huffing and puffing while placing the order. Went to hand card to make payment and after he angrily pointed to the side wall we apparently missed the tacked sign stating “only cash”. Was given the food after running to the bank to get cash. We wanted to sit and eat and had to ask for an extra plate in which he tossed the plates up on the counter as if he were tossing 2 frisbees. Read moreWoman taking my order got frustrated with me because she was very unclear when asking me for my phone number (which probably shows on the phone itself)… The store front needs some work, general area is slightly run down. Showed up no one greeted me for 10 minutes & there was a single individual preparing food. When asked what I ordered I had to repeat back the entire order, what was the point of ordering over the phone??? My order went from missing, to the single guy running out the front door, exclaiming “oh shxt”. He gave my food to someone else!!! Had to read him my order again, had to wait 15+ minutes.
