McDonald's — Restaurant in Ashland

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's!!! The crew was very rude. I ordered a plain burger and recieved a regular burger and when I went in to get it replaced the girl opened the burger and loomed at the other girl and said it is plain like I was lying. After we ate out food I went back i and got 3 caramel sundaes and an ice cream cone and the sundae's literally had caramel running down the sides and the cone was falling over to the poi t I had to hold it side ways to keep it from falling over. I had to ask for spoons and while waiting for almost 10 mins for someone to get me a spoon the girl is dancing, in the man time people are waiting in line and I'm still waiting for a spoon. Another girl ask if I needed something and when I told her I was still waiting on a spoon she rolled her eyes at me. I will never visit this location EVER again! They really need to teach a course on customer service too some of their employees because that was absolutely rediculous experience and should have never happened! I would have been sent home and lost my job for that...

This McDonald's has went down hill. They have rude people that work there. They do not train their employees. They are very rude every single time it's only a handful of them that isn't. And then when you asked him to do something the right way they want to catch an attitude with you. I used to come and get something everyday from them I stopped for a while and then I just started back and I want do it again i will find somewhere else even if i have to drive an hour away. Because this place isn't friendly they don't have good customer service. They're there for a paycheck and nothing more. But to the few that do actually care I feel sorry for them because the rest just bring them down because they don't care.we spend our hard earn money for them to just not care. Very disrespectful. The young lady at the second window was extremely rude by saying Here ya go in a smart like tone. My husband ordered a number 9, two cheese burger meal, with a large sweet tea and got the artisan chicken sandwich meal! I was under the impression that there was a bacon mcdouble which I should have ordered but instead I was charged for 2 pieces of bacon and only got one piece broke in half which cost $1.49 almost the same price for the double cheeseburger. When my husband went into the store to have his order corrected he was not greeted in a very friendly manner and was looked at a few times before being ask what he needed. We will not be going back...
