Stein Haus 701 — Restaurant in Ashley

I stopped back 5 years later on a Friday night after a football game. Cook your own steak night was going on. Total win!! This would not be possible in a larger area because IT WAS SO AWESOME!!! It would be overrun with people due to the novelty and awsomness of the overall situation. HOW IT WORKS...... A server brings a platter with at least 20 steaks on it any they let you look and chose your steak. You get a disposable plate and they show you the ropes of the grill seasoning, utensils, and etc. Along with that tons of sides and a full salad bar. This is a worth the trip stop with a full bar with fun people games and everything else to make a destination cruse night.

For what it is and where it is, it’s pretty damn good! There’s nothing fancy about the place. Bar in the front and restaurant in the back. Opted for steak on Friday night and was offered a selection of ribeyes. They vary in size and weight but are all cut at about 1" thick. Make sure that you feel the heat off the grill to get the spot you want.

Was having a rough night until I came across the Roost Bar and Grill. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Russell is a great bartender and makes a mean pizza! Would definitely recommend! I plan on stopping by...
