CheeseKake Ko. — Restaurant in Ashton Township

Cheesekake Ko is absolutely amazing from start to finish! I’ve been dying to make it there for several weeks and finally did yesterday with my teenage boys in tow. We drove 45 min just to try it! Let me tell you, they DID NOT disappoint! We got white chocolate mocha, white chocolate macadamia, pistachio slices and a small sampler box! My boys couldn’t wait until we got home so we indulged in the sampler box outside in the parking lot. So so delicious and you can tell they put all the love and quality ingredients in their delectable treats! Everything was so good! The owner was ans sweet as all the treats and even informed me that they offer delivery to Dekalb during specific times. Go try it for yourself! You’ll be glad you did!

We first became aware of Kaitlan's business; CheeseKake Ko, after ordering desert at a recent dinner out. The quality of the desert stopped us in our tracks and I asked about the source which, wasn't immediately forthcoming, but I pressed the question and was advised. We located her shop and made the shortish journey there to buy some slices. We bought the banana bread cheesekake, wedding cheesekake and a cherry version. All are excellent. Our first piece at the restaurant was Key-lime. She is self-trained and I'm telling you she has hit a grand-slam; completely out of the park, and we are looking forward to gaining weight consuming her product! These cheesecakes are better than i've ever had anywhere else... ever. They are always beautiful and are absolutely delicious. I wanted to also thank The CheeseKake Ko. When my cousins died, the girls mother stopped by with a ton of cheesecake squares to donate to the food gathering after the funeral service. They went to school with my cousin Cole and wanted to pay their respects and it meant so much that they took time out to show us love when we needed it. A huge thank you! So yes they absolutely get all stars. And you will give them the same when you try their absolutely delicious cheesecakes. The banana, and strawberry...
