Every time we come to this Starbucks it is the same thing. They jip you on the drinks. (Or less commonly the baristas are lazy and don't want to take the extra time to make the blonde shots) My wife orders one drink at any and every Starbucks. A VENTI flat white, with BLONDE ristretto shots (which in hot beverages is 20oz) every store, every time. We live in Hart County so we dont come to this store often. But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we have, it is the same thing; they give her a venti cup with MAYBE 12oz in it. The flat white comes with steamed milk; so, we usually are understanding about the quantity being that it may be hard to judge with the foam. (Even though our local store in Ingles has no issues...) however, today we both made a request to PLEASE make sure it was filled and if need be to remove some of the foam. The barista verbalized her understanding and began making them. When my wife opened her drinks to add her Splenda, we realized that not only did she NOT top them off; they are only SLIGHTLY above half full... we paid almost $15 for a little more than 1 coffee. They are not hard coffees to make. It is 2 ingredients; espresso and steamed whole milk. I'm sorry, but if you cannot eyeball how much whole milk to steam, MEASURE it... because we are just tired of paying all this money for half of our order. We typically aren't complainers; but, this is getting ridiculous.. stop being lazy on other people's dime. Thank you. I sincerely hope this helps someone! We will not be returning, but I sincerely hope they get these kinds of things worked out for the sake of others.

I waited for them to brew it and they gave me Pike ANYWAY??? as if I cannot taste the difference? Just so you know, I've purchased the same drink everyday for at least three years! Believe me, I know the difference in the way it smells and tastes. To add insult to injury, Starbucks rehired a very unpleasant woman. At first, they got my coffee wrong and gave me the wrong size. Then told me " No thats what you ordered" ... What ? And they charged me for an extra coffee that I didn't order.
As I'm about to walk away they gave me the coffee that I ordered. Then I questioned them why I got three coffees and wanted a refund for the coffee that I didn't even order and they refused to give a refund.
Pretty sure one of the baristas tried getting a free drink out of me for themselves. When ordering here make sure you specify how many coffees you're orderinf so you don't get...
