Juju Bean Coffee — Restaurant in Atkinson

Had a wonderful experience here the last time I visited and came back today because their Chai is the best I've ever had. That being said, the blonde, teenage, barista that was working today has to go.

We were not greeted when we came in to order and stood at the counter for five minutes while the barista ignored us while working on Drive-thru orders. We gave her the benefit of a doubt because she was busy, but it became obvious she had no intention of greeting us. Eventually we had to ask her how to order. All of her responses to us throughout the experience were short, snippy, and unfriendly. She definetly made sure her customers knew they were inconvinient.

While she made our drinks a group of three women came in after us and she ignored them as well. They gave up after a couple of minutes and left without buying anything. I guess the employee got what she wanted.

When we picked up our drinks and thanked her, her reply was, "Yep." This is a person who clearly does not have natural customer service skills and hates her job. I have never been treated with such disdain by a complete stranger before. Shame that a girl this young has such poor work ethic at such a young age. I encourage her to persue jobs with little interaction with people in the future.

I was in town visiting some family and we all thought we should order some coffee. We went to the app and saw that delivery was available and we placed our order. We were informed that it could be up to an hour for our order to be delivered. An hour came and gone. We figured they got busy and our order would be delivered soon.

After an hour and a half, a text message is received saying they do not deliver on Saturdays and we would need to come get the order.

Once we arrive to the window, the coffee was cold. We asked for a partial refund since the website and email stated they would be delivering and that we weren’t informed until after an hour and a half.

The owner gives us 50 cents for the delivery charge. She stated that we should have called and to check up on the order and she would have told us that they do not deliver on Saturdays. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. Towards the end of the conversation she threw a $5 at me.
