Wings weren't crispy despite my request. Perhaps this flavorless chicken was BAKED instead. Smh The peach drink which is located behind the counter away from the carbonated drinks... Which is only overshadowed by the lack of peach taste. It's just sweet water. Then some random guy came in from the parking lot and immediately went behind the counter to the back where they were cooking. I hope and pray he didn't touch any food, but he made a drink for himself and left. The only positive is the fries. They were pretty good, but I guess you'd have to try really hard to make them bad. Definitely a waste of money and space. I endeavored to leave this review because I spent over $30 and it was largely inedible.

While I appreciate the response from the owner, placing the blame on my bad experience on me not using my gas and time to come back to your establishment is not really the best response, in my opinion. Simply put, I was just passing through and didn't eat it right away. There won't be a next time.

As for that being the cook, that's fine, it just looked random for someone to just walk in from the outside and walk through the establishment without passing a sink or wearing anything that suggested he was an employee. Perhaps there was a sink back there?? Nevertheless, I wasn't going to drive all the way back over there to rectify a problem that quite frankly shouldn't have happened. The "cook" shouldn't have been okay with letting that leave the kitchen, esp for an almost $35 order.

Ultimately, I hope my comments, while somewhat colorful, can be used as a tool for improvement. There were lots of people there and only 3 cars in the parking lot, including mine. Meaning many people probably walked or took public transportation. So, their choices might be more limited than someone who is driving. I drove there which means I can drive elsewhere and I will. Awe Man ! I'm gonna have to put A Town down ! I've been patronizing them for 6 years since I moved to this side of town & they've been A1 before. But the last several times I've order wings late in the evening, they've been rank & bitter tasting. I hade some last nite around 8:30~9pm, not all of them but some of them were that rank sour taste. They were hot & crispy, but as if they've been sitting out all day & they wanted to cook them to get rid of them & not having to throw them away. I did speak to Kyra one of the Managers the one I've been dealing with since I've been going there & she's a Sweetie Pie. But her resolution was bring the food back & we'll replace it. I said """NO ! STOP SERVING OLD RANK CHICKEN & LET THEM KNOW NOT TO SERVE CHICKEN THATS BEEN SITTING OUT TOOO LONG & GONE BAD""" ... I'm really on the verge of calling the FDA before someone gets really sick & food poisoning because it's happened tooo often, especially late in the evening ... EDIT UPDATE ~ WELL ! I did call the Health Department, not to get them shut down. But to get an inspection to keep their food up to temperature & safe for consumption & an overall kitchen check👀 Because that 'was' literally my "FAVORITE"...

I ordered off of Uber while Uber has nothing to do with the quality of the food. I called the store and told the manager about the itty-bitty wings and I like small wings. They were almost unbearable to eat. They were old the containers they now use, it like mushes the fries down in there it was so small and the fries were VERY under cooked. I’ve never seen them do anything like this but the customer service sucked, she told me to call Uber for what it’s not about me wanting my money back or anything. It’s about me letting you know how the quality of your food was but she didn’t want hear that. This was this afternoon for lunch. They have fell off. I spent a lot of money at this location, but after today I will no longer. This is the second time the first time I had to drive up there and he barely wanted to redo the order. I don’t know who this particular manager was because the last time I had to physically go up there after an Uber order I dealt with an Asian gentleman. STOP SENDING OUT TRASH FOOD TO PEOPLE WHO ORDER DELIVERY!!! PERIOD. Not everyone’s looking for a refund or an additional meal. I work hard for my money and I hate to see...
