MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY RUDE. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! This place makes no effort to please customers. I have ordered from here multiple times with no problem from both inside the store and through post mates. Today, I ordered a meal that came out to basically $20 that NEVER made it to me and when I called just to see what solutions were available, the manager was extremely rude. No solution was reached, basically somebody ran off with not only my food but also my money and Ben Hill Grill DID receive my money for at least the food. and was unwilling to refund me for food that I never received. And although I understand that BHG themselves DO NOT deliver, on some level they work with post mates and allow them to come and pick up food. So there must be some level of accountability and customer service. I'm disappointed in my experience today and regardless of how great their food is, I will never support this business again and I will be sure to spread the word to other...

My family moved from Baltimore in November and I gotta say this was the best spot in town hands down! Customer service was amazing, I should have gotten the gentleman’s name who took our order. My wife ordered the cheesesteak and wing combo and I have to say, my wife is not easy to please when it comes to cheesesteaks. I gotta say... she closed her eyes when she bit into it. He also made her wings exactly how she wanted them “non-menu sauce”. She talked about it all day smh. I had the whiting combo and the fish was fried golden brown and flaky, you can taste the freshness. I don’t know what the special sauce was on the side but it taste good with everything we ordered. Hands down one of the best tasting healthy meals I’ve had in the city.

Atmosphere: The vibe? Chill and welcoming—even being a little space with only a few outdoor seats, doesn’t kill the mood.

Service: The owner, Rick, is next-level hospitable and knows his craft.

Food: I had the fish bowl (no rice)... baby, that sauce? Mahi Mahi sauce (I think oh whatever) is right! Spinach, mushrooms, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and the most flavorful fish—possibly sardines or blackened fish—whatever it was, it hit. 10/10.

The fried Cauliflower is a definite 10/10. I loved that it was lightly breaded and not salty. ( Do you know how hard it is to not receive salty food in atl?)
