The Hive Pizza — Restaurant in Atlanta

Some of the worst pizza I ever had in my life. Waited for a solid 30min or longer after placing an order for a large pizza with pepperoni..minced garlic..and green peppers. Once the pizza was brought to me..I opened the box only to realize it had only 3 maybe 4 pieces of green peppers on the entire pizza..I assume the toppings were almost $2 each because the price of a large pizza on the menu said 13.99 but my total came up to $20. Took an extra 10min just to get my pizza back with a DECENT amount of green peppers..once me and my son got in the car and started eating outta starvation..I immediately realized the cheese on the pizza had NO FLAVOR to it at all..so more than likely they're using cheap cheese or low sodium cheese (if they make that) dude at the counter immediately offered me parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers as if he KNEW THE PIZZA WAS FLAVORLESS. Then I realized the place was owned by Indians or Pakistani which are known to cut cost in business by buying cheaper supplies. I'll never waste my time or money in a place like that again. Interesting..... in passing this place appears to be a free standing restaurant (in a gas station plaza). As it turned out when we went to pick up our order... it is IN the gas station convenience store. The food is made behind the checkout counter. Now granted it's very clean inside, but this is not where we thought we were ordering from.

Given this is essentially gas station food, it's definitely overpriced as restaurant food. And the service was not great as no one acknowledged us standing by the food window for over 10 mins. Only one person was working behind the counter and they were checking out convenience store guests and talking to someone on their airpods while ignoring us. Definitely a gas station first, "restaurant" second kinda vibe.

All that being said, the food itself was pretty good. Wings were better than the pizza. If we had delivery instead of witnessing the "store experience", we probably would have been...

I had ordered the 8 piece wing and fries meal me and my bf flavor honey garlic now this hive we told them to make our wings and fries (crispyyyy). when the food came out and we got home the food was not crispy they add so much water to they sauce the honey was not honey they barely put garlic on it and the fries was soft and soggy barely cooked and got the nerve to be saleing that for 9.99 now I gave them a chance the last time to see was they going to do better this time but last night would be my last time going the food is mediocre for the price time to find another wing spot!!!!!!
