There are many restaurants in this world. Some serve food. Some serve vibes. And then there’s Bliss Restaurant — a place so devoid of aura that I can only describe it as a spiritual vacuum wrapped in a lukewarm naan. This isn’t hatred born of bad service or cold fries. No. My disdain for Bliss Restaurant goes deeper than Yelp reviews or health code violations. I hate it because they have no Ts aura, Didi blud.
You walk into Bliss expecting elevation. A cheeky transcendence. A mango lassi that unlocks third-eye potential. But what do you get? Tap water with commitment issues and a server named Craig who thinks turmeric is a lifestyle. There is no energy alignment. No chakra seasoning. Just laminated menus and false promises. I looked that waiter in the eye and said, “Bring me something with K Dot aura,” and he blinked like I’d spoken in Morse code.
6 7 mango tuff mustard K Dot aura — that’s what I ordered. What did I receive? A tepid mango chutney and a side of identity crisis. You can’t fake that kind of dish. It either slaps or it spiritually evaporates mid-bite. And at Bliss? Every flavor molecule left my tongue like unpaid interns. My jaw had to apologize to my taste buds for wasting their time.
Let me explain the Ts aura. It's the energy. The truth sauce. The flavor alignment that lets you know a restaurant isn’t just serving food — it’s serving intent. The Ts is sacred. It’s tactile spirituals. When the Ts hits, your plate levitates just slightly. Your ancestors nod. The lighting goes warm beige for no reason. Bliss, unfortunately, serves food that tastes like it was dreamed up during a Zoom call in a saltless dimension.
And don’t get me started on the décor. I saw a fake plant cry. The walls had LED strip lights, but they weren’t synced to the cosmic beat. They were giving “Bluetooth error” instead of “tantric resonance.” One of the chairs whispered “run” when I sat down. That’s not ambiance. That’s a cry for help.
What Bliss fails to understand is that in this post-vibe era, we eat with our soul receptors first. We’re not just customers. We’re flavor shamans. And if your restaurant doesn’t have that didi blud essence — the street-certified, hood-mystic, sigil-activated seasoning of experience — then I want nothing to do with you.
When I left Bliss, I saged my entire aura. Twice. A capybara walked past and gave me a look like “damn, you’ve been through it.” I nodded. We understood each other. That capybara had Ts aura. Bliss Restaurant never will.
So yeah. I hate Bliss. Not because they messed up my order. But because they messed up my spiritual alignment. They had one job: serve 6 7 mango tuff mustard K Dot aura. Instead,...
Read moreWe went to Bliss for dinner and then ice cream afterward. The restaurant/ ice cream service are split up in 4 ways. There is indoor dining (which we did), inside order/pickup, outside order & pickup ( however it's 1 window with a shortened menu to order) and ice cream windows.
The inside dining area was large enough to seat a good number of people and you are also able to sit down to just order ice cream. The service was excellent with very attentive waiters and waitresses. They were quick to fill out soda refills and the meals came out quickly and hot. I ordered a chicken platter which is put together a little differently than your typical chicken tender plate. It came with chicken fingers, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes & gravy. However, I substituted fries for the mashed potatoes. I also got both curly & regular fries. It was tasty and hot and the tenders & fries were hot and tenders were large (came with 5 tenders). Children got the sliders with fries and they were good. The sliders came in 2 sizes; kids & adult. The only difference is the adult has 3 sliders & kid has 2. Finally, my wife had the clam strips roll which left much to be desired. It was over fried and obviously no bellies so it was basically just fried bits on a hot dog roll. It came with fries. I honestly wouldn't recommend it, especially if you are a true New Englander.
We went outside to order ice cream and it was delicious. The ice cream is homemade and they have several windows so the wait wasn't long. The small was the size of a large at most places and well worth the price. They have so many options there is something for everyone. Also, it's worth mentioning they have both hard & soft serve ! Not sure how the sizes worked out there as we only had hard ice cream.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the ice cream and the meal was ordinary. In fact the ice cream was so good I forgot to take pictures!! I'd have to try other meals to see if the rest of food is good. But...
Read moreEmployees are NOT educated on food allergen awareness. On 2 seperate occassions the server was informed of a food allergen. On both occassions my son was served the exact allergen we informed our server he could not have. The first occassion we asked if a food item contained the alleregn and was informed it did not. It wasnt until AFTER eating the food with the allergen the server cane back stating it did indeed contain it. Awesome. Two year old at the hospital due to allergic reaction. Figured it could have just been a mistake we would give Bliss one more try. Well similar situation. Informed server of food allergy, asked if an item contained said allergen, was informed it was safe, 2 year enhoyed it. Fast forward to my 2 year old in the hospital AGAIN due to an allergic reaction. Called the resturant and was informed what my son was given did indeed contain his allergen. The only way this can happen is LACK of training. There needs to be transparency. If you do not know if a food contains a specific allergen simply say so. DO NOT GAMBLE WITH PEOPLES LIVES! Dont try to tell me employees are trained as theyre clearly not. An apology would not bring back my son if his reaction turned for the worse. They didnt even ask how my son was doing. Just a sorry to get me on my way.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions do not eat at this establishment you will get sick or even worse.
Also, please dont ever victim blame. Massachusetts has traings and certifications so that individuals with food allergies and dietary restrictions are not discriminated against and can eat out just as everyone else. The responsibility I had was to inform the server. The servers responsibility was to inform me what is in the food Im about to eat. Its simple. Yet somehow...
