Dunkin' — Restaurant in Auburn

This is usually my favorite Dunkin and I drive an extra 3 miles to go here. Well it’s been awful lately. Completely awful. But this morning really was disgusting and I’ll never go again. So… I pull up to the speaker the women takes my order and I can hear loud music. I pull up to the window and they have loud rap music blaring so the poor guy in drive thru barely could hear me. He was very clearly new and didn’t know what he was doing ( no fault of his own. He waited for my coffee and it never came. He went and tried to make it but it was wrong again no fault of his own he was on drive thru cash. I gave my coffee back and some chick with different color hair made it. While waiting I watched a young women pick her crotch and lo and behold she grabbed my coffee w the same hand and handed it to me! Completely gross! I manage a dunkin and have managed and worked for 22 years at Dunkin! You ALL should be embarrassed! Bring back the old manager! The young tall dark haired kid and his crew! You have a real...

I’m not sure who the heck the manager is in this facility or the owner but you guys better change the staff! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in the 60 years of my life! I will never step another foot in that facility, nor will many family and friends of mine, either! Every time you go there no one wants to service you at the cash register. It seems like all they do the few that they do have like the hide behind the wall near the drive-through window! I’m not sure why this place even exist or why it exist, and how you’re even money with that pathetic Staff especially the thin dark haired girl that is there on Sunday’s but she’s definitely not the only one! Waited for food that was ready just sitting behind the counter not in the pick up station where it should be. Bags were soaked with coffee from our order. The large coffee was cracked so spilt all over the car, and belongings. When it was brought in to obviously get a new one they handed us a cup and told us to pour the remaining coffee in the cup. We had to ask for a brand new coffee. All employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off bc there’s a line through the drive through and customers that aren’t happy inside.
