This place is fantastic! The food is beyond amazing, and the cocktails are great also! Compliments to the chef for churning out food that far exceeds expectations at this small and unassuming, yet quaint and delightful distillery with a high end feel in a small town with all the small town charm! The goat cheese dip, is so delicious and a great precursor for what's to come. The Buffalo Blue wings are beautifully coated in a mild buffalo glaze sprinkled with blue cheese! Not your usual sloppily over sauced and messy wing dish from most places. A great bite, with great presentation and not to mention tasty! The fried pork belly is just as beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. Perfectly paired with a sweet jam for a flavor profile that makes you want to order "another please!" The Bourbon Burger is what I call a well executed burger. Perfectly cooked medium rare with bourbon and maple glazed onions, bacon, Gouda cheese, arugula and mesquite burger sauce. Just Yum!! Go here! Order one of everything! And pair with just about any house distilled libation! Passing through. October 2024 *Dog friendly *Outdoor patio seating + 2 outdoor tables for 2 out front

I’ve been a big fan of Georgetown Distillery’s spirits, especially their rye, it’s easily one of the best local bottles I’ve had, with a beautiful balance of spice and sweetness. The older label design really matched the quality inside: textured matte paper, foil details, and a classic Western heritage aesthetic that made the bottle feel as premium and handcrafted as the whiskey itself. Unfortunately, the new labels don’t do the product justice. The updated glossy one-piece stickers look and feel cheap — flat print, fuzzy barcode, and no more foil or texture. It gives off more of a generic liquor-store vibe rather than the small-batch, frontier-inspired identity that makes Georgetown. The whiskey still tastes great, but packaging still matters it’s part of the story. I really hope the distillery reconsiders this direction and brings back the craftsmanship in their labeling that once reflected the spirit so well.

When you go to Georgetown Distillery, you are going for the atmosphere. It's a fun country themed distillery. The gift area was quaint with all kinds of memorabilia. The outdoor patio would be perfect for live music or to enjoy your unique craft spirits. The waitress was friendly and seemed to be there in body, but not sprit. My well done Bourbon Bacon burger was closer to medium-rare and served at room temperature. The homemade chips were hot and delicious. The cook might have been waiting on the chips and the burger got cold. I would recommend the distiller use fresh, ground beef; instead of the frozen, pre-made patties and add more arugula. Then the burger would taste better. My mojito frizz was immensely sweet and sipped in small doses. Which made the craft spirit last longer. With a few small changes, this could be a good date spot.
