This place is so disorganized I don't understand how they're doing business. My wife and two children decided to go here for a little change from the norm and I was like third in line for about 15 minutes while the obviously inexperienced young staff tried to handle the Friday night dinner rush. Three just outta high school aged kids were basically running the place. This is around 6: pm on a Friday and people just keep coming in. I got our meals and sat down and at some point while we were eating the blue haired manager finally joins in to 'help.' She was very disrespectful to her young crew barking at them for this and that and didn't seem to grasp the whole; Friday at dinner time and you're a taco place, concept. I feel bad for those kids because they clearly have bad leadership and were wholly unprepared to handle the rush. Oh, I almost forgot, tacos were mediocre at best. Didn't touch the beans cuz you could tell by looking at them how long they'd been sitting there. I daringly tried the rice and it tasted about as good as 3 day old leftovers. The chips and salsa is actually chips and pico de Gallo which I would've passed on had I known, I love Pico but I really love trying different salsas. All in all this place has amazing potential and is filling a really needed niche in the area but like so many things today falls short due to lack of management. The kids don't know what they're doing. Teach them. Work with them. Respect them and they will respect you. And you might be able to change the...
Read moreThe Windham location won me over. The auburn location ruined every good thing about Luchador! Food was so bad we couldn't when force it down. Chicken nachos were stale or microwaved. Pinto beans dumped out in the bag so idk how they were. 2 Carne asada burritos were sour (and not from the cilantro onion mix. Legit sour.) I spent 50 plus dollars and it all ended in the garbage. Feeling disappointed and ripped off! Reply to the owners comments - if anyone thinks I'm lying or making it up, go to El pocho on lisbon st. Taste the difference yourself. Where luchador pours their stale chips from a bag El Pocho makes theirs in house. Luchador beans were flavorless and the rice was crunchy. This location is seriously lacking and not doing a service to the luchador name. This is not a review just to bad talk your store. My...
Read moreUnfortunately, I got sick from my burrito bowl. It tasted good, but something didn’t like me… I may go back and try something else but I’m a little nervous. The prices are reasonable for what you get. The location is great! The staff were friendly… but I ordered ahead online. When you get there they have metal shelves for “online pick up” but no food was on these shelves despite me being notified my food was ready… so I was a little confused if I had to wait in the long line of people that didn’t order ahead, or if I could just cut in front of everyone and go right to the register…. I ended up being there quite awhile despite ordering ahead which was a little annoying where I had to get back to work…. But I do encourage others to give this place a try! Hopefully you have a better...
