This company has coupons in DeKalb mentally disabled for buy one get one free of equal or lesser value. The caveat to this are not to be used with promotions or combined with any other special offers. The pizza must be carry out only as well. All these things are absolutely fine however the ownership of this particular location is setting his customers up to be taken advantage of and his employees for customer service failure. I Purchased a pizza today with a medium buy one get one of equal or lesser value. A medium sausage and pepperoni pizza came to $8.95. At that time I asked the staff if it was a special promotion or a regular price. I was told that is a regular price no special. At that time I told him I had a coupon for a buy one get one of the lesser value and I elected for just a plain cheese pizza. When I arrived I was told my bill would be almost $15 because I had a buy one get one free coupon. This Is false advertisement. The ownership or Franchisee themselves. This coupon was purchased through DeKalb County’s association for the developmentally disabled. So I will be contacting about this particular business. I look forward to hearing from someone .at a above store level if possible thank you. On a positive note the food is always tasty and the staff is very friendly and the management team I encounter tonight was an absolute class act. It’s not fair for ownership to put their staff in...
Read moreThis was our first time getting pizza here (it was literally right around the corner from the nursing home we were visiting and the kids were hungry so I thought it was worth a try.) The restaurant was completely dead so we only had to wait about 15 minutes for our to-go order to be ready.
The pizza was simple, but it was alright for what it was. Nothing special, really, and surprisingly greasy. The cheesy bread was honestly much better than the pizza.
My biggest complaint is that it cost us $40 for 2 fairly unremarkable pizzas and some cheese bread. I guess that's not terribly uncommon nowadays but it would have been nice if there was some sort of carry out special or something advertised that we could actually use. There was one special posted for medium pizzas for less than half of what our larges cost, but I was feeding 3 teens/tweens so I needed more food...
Read moreI used door dash and picked it up myself. I misread the time it would be ready at 6pm so when I arrived it was not yet ready, the app stated 6:28pm. So I drove to the gas station across the street to eat up some time and bought some pop and some candy, then went and picked up my food at 6:15pm. I drove home about 12min to eat, it was a little dry but tasty. I got the meat pizza bowl - lots of meat and cheese, could use a little more sauce. I also ordered the meatball plate ample meatballs and cheese but also could use more sauce, had good flavor. Both dishes came to just under $20 plus tax. A salad on the side or any vegetables from home would balance the meal. There are enough leftovers for two more servings with...
