McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

We Went to grab McDonald's tonight for quick bite close to home. The young lady at counter was very nice. The thing is They forgot our fries (no biggie) we were gonna let it slide. We still had burgers to eat. A QP with cheese and the new chicken big Mac my wife was excited for. We got home and I opened my burger. It looked like it had been dropped and or kicked around the floor before being picked up with the box and served. Upon arrival back at store to explain the situation the young girl was still at counter and very pleasant. We explained situation & another lady approached and explained the missing fries were her fault and got us a fresh order. Which was great. But the little guy in the blue collard shirt had a horrible attitude and customer service. He acted like it was a problem to remake the order. I understand it's fast food. But that being said and from the restaurant industry myself. I would never send ANY food out looking the way that ours did. And certainly would not treat customers the way that little manger Starting a mustache did. Just wanted to share my experience. If you eat here check everything before leaving. But personally wouldn't even recommend trying this location...

This is the worst McDonald's in the country. When you order mobile orders they print your ticket out and slap it on the wall like you've already been served. So you don't see if your order's coming up when it's going to be ready. Wait times on mobile orders are half an hour sometimes. You go through the drive-thru line on the mobile order and they ask you to pull over every single time. I refused one morning and was handed my food 5 seconds later and heard the lady say," I guess the car behind him will have to wait." They send most of the mobile orders that go through the drive-thru to the side to wait because they mark their tickets as served. Print them out as soon as they come in and then give their food to people in the drive-thru that don't use the mobile app. Staff is rude and ignore customers. They also make you fill your own drinks when you get a mobile order. After you wait 20 minutes, they hand you the cup and make you fill it on your way out. 90% of the time. Miss something on your order or give you the wrong food. Anything custom will not be right. Unfortunately it's the only McDonald's or Burger King type restaurant in the area so people know how bad it is and continue...

placed my order at 2000 in the drive through. no one in front of me and no one behind me in line so the "they were busy excuse is gone". i ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and two large fries. i asked for the fries to be fresh and hot. i was told they would be made to order and id probably have to wait for them, of which i had no issue. i payed and then pulled forward to wait for my food. after about 5 mins a gentleman came out with my food and i left. upon getting home which is only about a 5 min drive i came to the realization that my fries were cool to the touch. so two orders of cold fries found their way into the trash. also both burgers had more grease on the outside of the buns then there was on the entire burger, which just lets me know someone needs to change there gloves more often. the fries are one of the only reasons i ever go to mcdonald's in the first place and after wasting 6 dollars on cold fries and 14 dollars on grease saturated burgers im not likely to return to...
